SHIPPING PARTY!!!

First topic message reminder :

This is the shipping party. Your dragon comes in seeing all of the frilly decorations put up and wonders what the place is for. A guest greeter stops you with a wave and a nice smile before explaining that this party was for couples shipping. She says that in the back of the room a big book lays open with a quill and ink beside it. There you are supposed to write a maximum of three couples that you ship together and their ship name. She explains also that in order to join the rest of the festivities, enjoy the food, or socialize and dance you need to write at least one couple to ship and their shipping name. Then she tries to usher you to the back of the room where the book is lying. She then waits there while you look at the book. What will you write down?

-The point is that you have to write your favorite shipped characters from this site. Then you can just party and vote up other people's ships.

*IC**Rii walks into the party aghast at all the health code violations then is escorted to the back by someone nice. She looks at the book and tries to think of something to write down.

"Draken X Nara , Narken<3" she writes quickly then rushes off to avoid the guest greeter. She heads towards the drinks noticing some adult beverages and decides to buy a drink and wait to see who else comes into the party.

Sparks looked at what was happening and really didn't know how to react. She's never been to a party and was thinking in her head after looking at Zorac and Athena If this is what party's are like, then I don't want to be here Sparks thought this in her head and kind of wanted to leave before anyone hurt her, but she staid.....................for now.

Athena looked at Storm and rolled her eyes. "Well if he doesn't shut that fat mouth of his, I will do something VERY rash, regardless of wether he's beheaded or not." She then knew Storm was amused when she caught the tiniet of glints in his eye. The eyes were the windows to the soul, you know.

"It's not funny," she snapped. "And I took my anger out on this GODDAMNED tree and now it has imprisoned my tail," she sighed. She tried again to yank it out, but it didn't budge.

Storm tried not to laugh, but he couldn't keep it all in. You had to admit, it was pretty funny. He wanted to say something funny badly, but he held it in for the moment. "I will only free you if you don't hurt Zaroc," he commanded. He was biting his lip so that he wouldn't laugh.

Athena rolled her eyes as he let out short laughs. "Yes, yes, the Dragoness Shrouded By Ice is imprisoned by her tail in a tree, it's all VERY hilarious." She then smirked. "Really, lieutenant, I thought you were more mature then this," she slagged him off about his high rank. She then turned her head to look at the tree. "Not promising anything," but as she looked at him, she saw Storm bite his lip, and she lost her -REALLY short- temper and blasted the tree with her icy breath. Of course, this was a big mistake, as now she'd FROZEN her tail in place, and now she couldn't feel it. Athena snarled. She yanked, but only the base of her tail moved. "F--K!" She shouted. She kept yanking, but that only made it FAR worse.

Storm couldn't help himself now. He giggled, still restraining himself, as he walked over to the tree and cut all around her tail with his sharp NightWing claws. "You good now?" he asked once he was finished.

Athena whipped her tail out once he was done and held it on one wing. "Almost," an entire block of ice made her tail feel like she was carrying an elephant on the blade. So, she threw her tail at Zarok, smashing the space on the tree above his head. She smirked and then flexed her numb tail. "Now I'm good." She then looked at Storm, then at the sky. She cursed. She was late! "I gotta fly," she said. "See you later, Lightning Boy," she patted his forehead to tease him, before she flared her wings and took off.

Zaroc gulped silently as Athena snapped at him. "Oh, don't mind me, just take it in stride, ma'am," he chuckled. Dragoness Shrouded By Ice? Heh, interesting.. He needed to find out more! He chuckled as Storm made her promise "not to hurt him," and then his eyes widened when she said, "not promising anything." That was a little.. Worrying, to say the least. He then watched her freeze her tail and bit his tongue to stop himself from choking with laughter.

Luckily, Storm freed her. But then what happened next both frightened and startled him out of his wits. Athena used her tail and SMASHED the space above his head with the ice block. He ducked, using his gigantic wings to shield the important parts of his head. "Very funny," he muttered. He then watched her take her leave. "She's an intriguing one," he commented to Storm. "Very.. Interesting."

Storm smirked when she called him 'Lightning Boy,' his new nickname. "Bye, Athy," he called after her. He watched her soar across the horizon for a moment, before nodding to Zaroc."Yeah. She can have a bit of a temper sometimes, though." He then noticed Sparks was watching them. He walked over to her and smiled. "Sorry about that," he said.

Sparks looked back at Storm, still looking a bit nervous after what she was witnessing. "Its fine, is this how all parties are like, this is my first one so I'm not sure?" She asked, still a bit confused

Storm shook his head. "I don't think so. I wasn't invited to any parties back at the NightWings though, so I am not sure. I have only been to one party with the SkyWings, and it wasn't like what you just watched. It was nice. It is good that the SkyWings want me around. Mainly Tion, he said, the last part mostly to himself.

Sparks nodded and smiled again "oh good, I first thought that parties were for fun and a chance for dragons to socialize and after watching that, I thought that's how parties were. So do you have any ideas on what to do next?" Sparks asked

Storm laughed. "If that was what all parties are like, I would never go to one," he joked. He then shrugged. "Whatever you want to do. I am just glad to get away from my duties in the kingdom for a little while," he replied, leaning against the wall.

Rii shrugged as Baldi tried to dismiss her hovering around him, however she wasn't doing it just for his own well being. She felt more comfortable near those she trusted, which of this room included Baldirak and Rhune. She trusted Nara to an extend, but other than those three dragons Rii couldn't help but want more security.

When he moved away to the other side of the room where the chairs were she followed not willing to be left by Nara. She sat down a few feet away from him then watched the other dragons in the party socialize. When her king began to sing she glanced his way with a curious look. Then a crashing sound brought her attention back to the other dragons where two icewings were fighting each other. Really do they have to do that here? She commented to whoever might be listening than took a few more sips of her drink. Her foot bobbed with the rhythm of Baldirak's music.

Sparks thought for a moment and then replied "ill just stay with you until something happens ok" Sparks was a bit nervous to go wandering and talking to a dragon she never has met before. Sparks looked around and saw a blue and black dragon (Draken, I'm sorry but barely any females can resist the "DrakenFlare." which he has apparently) She looked at him and then back at storm "hey whose that?" She said pointing at Draken

Storm smiled at Sparks. "It is fine if you hang with me. I like the company," he said, before turning to look at where she was pointing. He nodded. "Oh! That is Draken. He is the NightWing healer," he answered.

Sparks looked back at Draken and grinned "hes cute by the way." Sparks said just trying to be honest. "so how long have you known him?" She asked curiously and looked back at storm and waited for his response.

Storm laughed at Sparks' response, feeling a little pang of jealousy, but hid it. "Eh, I don't know. A few months I think," he answered, looking at the healer.

Sparks nodded "ahh so you know him well, ok well I'm not going towards him or anything I still don't like going to new dragons, ill just stay with you" Sparks said and smiled a bit and was still trying to not be too happy because she didn't want to shock anybody.

Zaroc chuckled at Storm's answer to his comment about Athena. "Bit of a temper? Okay," he chuckled, rubbing the back of his thick neck with a large wing. He then watched Sparks and Storm interact, and felt a smirk playing on his lips. Oh, how torturous fir him and Storm. Storm was young, single, and a handsome male, but riddled with duties as a Lieutenant. While he, Zaroc, was thirty six and not getting any younger, also single, and handsome? Not really, but he was doing nothing with his life and wanted some.. Well, duties, like being a Lieutenant. Even a Vulcan would be fine, but would they really want a huge, not very young drake like him doing a job like that?

Lost in thought, Zaroc spoke up after he snapped back to reality. "I'm going to go.. Do some.. Things. Excuse me, Storm and Sparks," he smiled, turning and walking back inside. He did that for two reasons. One, to go meet other dragons, and two? Well.. To leave Storm and Sparks.. Alone together.

Zaroc got a little giddy as he approached the dance area. Oh how he WISHED he was young enough to attract all the females. Sigh.

Zaroc glanced around. Hmph, nobody dancing. Shame. He decided to see if there were any dragons around to hold a conversation

Seeming Tempest had become rather lost in all that had happened, she sighed, leaving the small group and decided to pursue the dragon who went on his own. She felt her footsteps take her to Zaroc, and she shrugged to herself. Maybe she could have a proper conversation with him without the other dragons around to break it all up.
"Excuse me, it was Zaroc wasn't it?" Tempest asked, stopping a few foot short of the IceWing.

Alley have heard a icewing running out of the room as well as another one probably because she had filled the party room with heat. She had forgotten that Icewings were weak to fire so she went over to the window to see if they were ok. But they started fighting each other, so Alley felt really bad for this. Watching the fight from start to end she headed outside to where the firewing queen is and said hi.
