Personality: Zora is a kind and lovable dragoness that is friendly towards almost every dragon she meets.  However, her shyness can get in the way at times.  Zora also likes to help the Mothers take care of their chicks when they need a break, such as by playing with them or just helping out.  She is very intelligent and has a great memory, thus, making her an excellent student.  She is loyal and will do anything to help her tribemates.  
Interests: Making jewelry, flying, collecting herbs, making perfume
Dislikes: Being alone for too long, obnoxious dragons, feeling useless

General Appearance
Height: 40 feet (60 feet when fully matured)
Scales: Light blue scales all over body, pale blue belly, blue spikes on cheeks and down neck.
Eyes: Bright green
Appearance: Light blue dragon with a paler, plated underbelly.  She has blue spikes on her cheeks and down the back of her neck.  Zora also has blue tufts of fur on her elbows, wrists, ankles, and haunches.  She also has a spade-like tail and dark blue wing membrane, tipped with darker blue.  She wears string bracelets with bright green teardrop gems on each bracelet.

Special Abilities:
Has the ability to freeze the blood in someone's body, making them completely immobile.  However, she only uses this as a last resort in a fight, due to the fact that the process of unfreezing the foe is time-consuming and can easily be fatal if she makes one wrong move.
EDIT: She can freeze a single part of an opponent's body for a short period of time, usually done to make an escape. However, she can only use this power once every three days.
Weaknesses: Intense heat
Combat Style: Perferably with her claws, using a stealthy approach at first, then strikes and retreats, and repeats the tactic.

Background
History: Born to a rogue dragon couple deep in the high mountains of IceWing territory.  Shortly after she hatched, the little family was attacked, killing the parents and leaving the newborn, who was hidden deep in her nest, alone.  The young hatchling stumbled out of the cave and wandered the frozen landscape, nearly freezing until she was found by a Tracker and brought to the IceWing Temple.
RP Sample: Zora soared over the snowy mountains of the IceWing's territory, her senses alert for a certain herb that she was looking for.  She soon spotted a familiar-looking bush.  Angling her wings, Zora spiraled down towards the plant, landing softly on the powdery snow.  She sniffed the plant and nodded.  "Ah, fresh juniper, just what the Healer needs." She murmured to herself before nipping off a few small branches ladden with berries.  Gathering up the prickly branches in her front claws, Zora spread her wings and launched herself into the sky, heading back to the IceWing Temple, or more sepcifically, the Healer's den.

Nice bio, though with the blood freezing its kinda a bit op. I would suggest cooldowns or costs for using the ability. I know you said that the unfreezing is problematic though if its an enemy it doesn't matter XD.

To be honest, I wasn't really sure what to put for special abilities. ^_^'
It just kinda popped into my head, but I wasn't really sure about it. Have any ideas?

Well, i can give you an idea.
Instead of the body freezing thing, maybe you could freeze a single part of the body thats not important. Oh, your opponent swings at you with its club-like tail! What do you do? You freeze that bishes tail, thats what! Oh, the opponents trying to kick you non stop! What do you do? Freeze his foot! But maybe add something like you can only do this once a day, or maybe it only freezes long enough to give you time to run.

Freezing a whole opponent, I guess an acceptable cooldown would be a day. Freezing just a part, you could do that about once per hour I'd say, maybe even more (just hinders so not that powerful, even if it lasts the entire hour).
