SeaWing Lieutenant Application

Heyo! So, not sure many of you know,but the SeaWings have two Lietuenants. One is Delphin, who is in charge of all Border Guardians, and Royal Guards. This open positions heads all Recon Agents, who get information for the tribe, and Trackers, who provide for the tribe. Arika, who has gone extremely inactive, is being replaced. The form is below:

Name: I'll be making a character. Smile

Time On Site: Well, since October 4th, 2014. I remember because it was 4 days before my birthday.
Level of Activity: At least once a week. My parents are divorced, and my father has the computer, and I get to see him about 4 or 3 times a month. But I get online often the moments I'm with him.
Reason for Position: Well, I already rp Rylatha, and I must say, having a high position is a big responsibility, and I would like to expand my horizons. Plus, I think the SeaWings are in need of an activity bump. I'd like to participate and play a role in that push.
