Seawing Semi God Application

Heya guys please follow the rules below:
1. Must be at least 4 Weeks old on the forum
2. Don't already have 2 high positions (I.e god + Leader)
3. Active on the forum
4. Finally write a small description on what you would do if you got the position (i.e what title will you use, ideas about powers etc..)
Post below the faster you apply the better, but will choose who would have the best App.

1. Im more than four weeks old on te forum. DUH!
2. I don't have any high positions.
3. I guess I'm active.. Well that kind of isn't up to me.
4. Hmm well the title i Would use is like the god of tsunamis and the ocean. Powers, well I would have complete control of water, though more powerful users can break my control. Um can cause natural disasters involving water. Can make it rain anywhere anytime? But has to have been in contact with water in a week prior at most. I'll think of more as I go.

2. I don't have any, but I was thinking of doing something for the Icewings.(They don't have a leader of semi god)
3. Pretty much on every day, definitely since it's summer. NO SCHOOL!
4. My powers would have to do with sea creatures and other things like rain and other weather. Maybe make hurricanes but causes me to go into a hibernation or have a sickness if I use my power too much.
Would my character be related to a god at all? Or would I get my powers from something else?
