Gender: Male
Personality: Seen to be a war-hungry, brutish male, Apolis is a very proud individual who is both disciplined and a strong believer in his tribe, no matter how small. His best interest is to see progress, more progress, and progress. He's a male about success and opportunities. Often deemed a strategist if anything. Apolis gives his respects to those who share similar goals and have bravery and determination as great if not greater than his. However, his judgement is harsh and can sometimes be deemed impossible by underachievers. But it is in Apolis's mentality that these words are repeated, "Thou's ambitions are not great enough if it is not bigger than your current capacity to achieve them."

As stated, Apolis is a strong believer in honor and bravery. As long as a dragon attains that through all trials, they shan't fail in heart and spirit. However, his loyalty wavers to those and groups he sees no potential in. This can obviously dictate the people he associates with the tribes he represents on their behalf in any situation. He is an independent male at heart who trusts in his own abilities before relying on others.

Apolis has a much more deceptive nature, however. He is merciless, brutal, strict, disciplined, and manipulative. He is power hungry, and will by any means, work his way of control from the inside of any system.

Apolis deeply enjoys children. He loves seeing the young develop into powerful adolescences or adults with a bunch of opportunities open to them. If given the chance, he guides the young to a life of succession. That is what he wants most. His charm can easily manipulate others.

Despite his emotional dilemma, he is perfectly happy of his status right now. Born into an environment where the world is handed to you, he never had anything worry about. He is a guy you can lean onto and feel safe in the paws of.

Eyes: Whitish-Cyan
Appearance: Apolis has rich, sea blue scales with an pale grey underbelly. His horns and talons resembling the features of ice and a dark blue, almost black color. (However you view it) as well.

Skills and Abilities
Strengths:


  • Apolis is able to keep calm and collected during conflicts that involve violence.[/li]



  • Apolis, despite being lean, is a very physically strong person and can withstand lots of attacks.[/li]



  • Apolis's icy breath is more crystal-like and fire-resistant then normal ice.[/li]

Special Abilities:


  • Apolis's icy breath has the power to crystallize after impact on a target. This crystallizing breath is inflammable (Meaning it cannot catch on fire.) and fire resistant. If this icy breath makes contact with an open wound, it can crystallize inside of the target's body, freezing and crystallizing some of the liquid around it. These crystals are no longer ice.



  • Apolis can whip and flicks shards and icy scales from his tail at foes. Three at a time. Up to 12 before a one minute cooldown.



  • Being a scholar, Apolis can summon creatures of ice, within his size and smaller. These summons have the capability to use Apolis's abilities at equal strength. Depending on their size will determine their durability. With this training, he is enabled to manipulate ice magic to create walls and other forms. Only two creatures can be summoned of his size, as one more can be added with every 30 feet that is decreased from the original, each weaker than the last set of creatures. As their capacity of  strength for abilities weaken, so do the individual creatures. They resemble ice dragons and can utilize the features of the average dragon, even though beyond mortality. Meaning that these beings of magic are not mortal, but embodiments of magic, deeming them immune to illusions and illness.



  • He can call up and create fogs that can and will bewilder and numb anyone who is caught up in it's sphere of effect. The fog, if it penetrates a target's systems, will have the following effects: Effect senses of navigation, "walk in circles", put your sense of sight at a disadvantage, drowsiness, and minor illusions that make you see things that aren't there, or hear, feel, smell, taste things that aren't there. The mists do not fade up until ten minutes, while the status aliments last up until five minutes.



  • Apolis can freeze objects his size and smaller in place. By blasting a unique crystal shard breath into the ground or directly ahead of him, Apolis can cover nearly 120 meters ahead of him in a thin sheet of ice which freezes anything it touches in place for the minutes listed below. If Apolis blasts the breath directly ahead of him, it freezes the victim's body over completely in ice that keeps them immobile. If it freezes the ground over, it freezes the victim's legs whole. Freezing the ground is much faster and swifter, however. The time it takes to break out of the ice depends on the size of the victim.

    - 121-160 feet, cannot be frozen, for they are bigger than Apolis.
    - 101-120 feet, 1 minute.
    - 90-100 feet, 1 minute 30 seconds.
    - 80-89 feet , 2 minutes.
    - 70-79 feet, 2 minutes 30 seconds.
    - 60-69 feet, 3 minutes.
    - 50-59 feet, 3 minutes 30 seconds.
    - 40-49 feet, 4 minutes.
    - 30-39 feet, 4 minutes 30 seconds.
    - 20-29 feet, 5 minutes.
    - 10-19 feet, 6 minutes.
    - 5-9 feet, 7 minutes.
    - Below 4 feet, 8 minutes.

Weaknesses:


  • These crystals can melt if under lots of pressure. Whether that be a FireWing's most intense, focused flames, or an EarthWing's strongest grip. Any focused or very concentrated attack can faze the crystals. However, it requires undivided strength and attention from the victim.



  • Anything more than twice his weight and size cannot be frozen and if attempted and failed, will cause his body to become physically exhausted, to a point where with each failed attempt, he weakens until he is unable to stand.



  • Creating objects require a lot of energy and concentration. The more he makes, the more incapable he is of using magic as long as the being is present.


  • For FireWings, IceWings, and EarthWings, their times are reduced automatically by their size and resistances. FireWings, if struck, stay frozen for only half the time if they have a pure heritage. IceWings stay forzen for only a fourth of the time. EarthWings stay frozen for only a third of the time.


  • Apolis will not be able to freeze objects in place for the largest duration on a target plus three minutes. (If someone if frozen for five minutes, Apolis cannot use his breath again for eight minutes, starting when the target freezes.)


  • There is no limit to how many dragons can be caught in the crystal breath, however, each dragon adds five minutes to his cooldown since it required for strength and flexibility.


  • Attempting to freeze above his own size will result in a ten minute cooldown starting after the target has thawed.


  • While frozen, the area Apolis inflicts damage with his talons or teeth or any other ability will result in that area being thawed instantly. Other third party abilities do not thaw unless it is from a FireWing or EarthWing.


  • The more he freezes, the greater mental exhaustion he faces.

Be specific about what size creatures you can summon not any size. Preferably smaller than your size.

Unapproved. Sorry I forgot about this but uh all it takes is a quick skype message to get my attention. Anyways the uh "fixes" were rather poor. Your app still says any size change it to your size or smaller not no commonly your size or smaller.

Apolis is 120 feet in size, so he can only summon two of that same size. If he attempts to summon more, it'd have to be 90 feet in size and weaker than the first two he summoned. He could summon another one, but weaker than the 90 foot one. And so on until he summons the final one that is basically a distraction at that point.
