Personality: More than anything else, Neru is an inquisitive soul. She's constantly exploring, or after the answer to whatever question she's currently obsessed with. Never attempt to confuse her, or you WILL regret it. Despite this, she isn't much of a green mushroom. She just likes to know things. She's actually very sweet when you get to know her, though she can seem like a bit of a flighty mind.
Interests: Flying fast, Pyyria dragons, exploring, Pyyria's moons.
Dislikes: Being in the dark ((metaphorically)), the color brown,
Fears: Her biggest fear is getting stranded on Pyyria, without the ability of leaving. She constantly has nightmares about it, but visits the planet anyway, to try and sate her insatiable curiosity. As well as this, she has an irrational fear of being unable to fly, which connects to her fear of being stranded away from space forever.

General Appearance
Height: 6ft, will grow to a tops of 15ft.
Scales: A light blue starry pattern, essentially. Her wings are similar to a night sky, if a night sky were splattered with sky blue paint. Her back and head scales are closer to black.
Eyes: Sky Blue.
Appearance: Neru is a small dragon, light blue, white, and black in color. Her scales are almost soft, though they are well insulated against space's chill. Her wings are extremely large compared to her body size, to help her fly. The scales on her wings are in the pattern of a light blue space nebula, some denser nebula pieces being white. Her body, however, is black with a light blue glow to it. The end of her tail is covered in a furlike substance that is also inbetween her scales, which helps her stay warm in the night sky. She has two horns, both of which are on the back of her head, and no spikes on her body.

Skills and Abilities
Strengths: Neru, though she isn't very strong physically, is EXTREMELY speedy. Her wings, which may be larger than a SkyWings, proportionally, are practically built for top speeds, which earned her the name of the Shooting Star, for her appearance flying across the sky at night. As well as this, she's rather nimble.
Special Abilities: Neru has two abilities. The first ability is her main source of stealth, and that is invisibility. She can go invisible for periods of time, though depending on the time of day it is harder for her. When the sun is bright it will take more energy for her to go invisible than it will for her to go invisible at night. This ability depends on her scales, which blend into the background around her. Colors closer to the colors on her scales, which are black, light blue, and white, are far easier to change to than, say, orange. Because her 'chameleon' type ability depends solely on her scales, these scales are softer, and rather easy to penetrate, which makes her venerable to physical attacks. Neru tends to use this ability during the day more, as she's more comfortable that way, but she ends up extremely tired after an extended period of using it. Her second ability is more connected to her ability to defend herself in a fight, and that is her breath attack. It is composed of exactly what you would find inside a star, and, for reasons Neru doesn't understand, it explodes after a few second in contact with oxygen. In space, however, it behaves just as a normal breath attack would.
Weaknesses: Her body, built for protection against space and speed, are not at all very strong. As well as this, her scales are rather easy to penetrate.
Combat Style: She likes to dive in like a little bullet while invisible and shoot a blast of her exploding fire before escaping into the sky. If forced to the ground, she will use her speed, abilities, and small size to her advantage, though will get in the air as soon as possible.

invisibility is a NightWing thing you might want to read up on all the tribes. Its ok though as long as you include blindness as a drawback while invisible since sounds like you bend the light around you thereby preventing any light from entering your eyes therby making you blind

I know, but it's hard to fit her to a tribe considering she technically is a mix of LightWings and NightWings, it seems like. Well, to me it does. As for the invisibility thing, I wasn't going so much for light bending as it's a thing her scales do, which would tie into the fact that her scales are a bit strange, but sort of weak to physical attacks. They're a bit harder than.... I dunno.... They're like plastic, strength wise. I'm babbling, but that was sort of how I was balancing it out, that and the daylight disability thing, which is made that way because she's more geared towards nighttime. Her scales find it easier to blend if they can blend to a color similar to their own, being black.

I explained it in that big long post up there^^^. Her scales blend into her background, but have a harder time blending into colors not similar to her own. Is something out of order there?

One more thing I forgot to add. While for SkyWings the smallest you can go is 10 feet rouges the smallest is 15 feet. Thats it then your good to go. Also don't forget your not faster than a SkyWing.

I checked, it says nothing about being faster than a SkyWing. I did put that her wings are proportionally larger than a SkyWings compared to her body, but that doesn't mean she's faster, it's just sort of a thing. And okay. All the other StarWings seemed super small, so I was trying to go with that. Fixing now.
