Personality: A happy, jolly dragon yet one that can also be cold, mean and spiteful. He has a fiery temper, but takes a long while to reach that temper, and is usually very cheerful until he hits his fuse. He has a very positive, outgoing attitude to life. Boreas is overall a very bouncy and enjoyable fellow to be around.
Interests: Flying: Boreas absolutely loves having the cold wind in his face. Hunting: This dragon loves the thrill of the hunt, and always enjoys providing for himself. Sleeping: Boreas is a very lazy dragon, and relishes the night hours when he enjoys his beauty sleep.
Dislikes: Heat: Whenever anything warms up, be that the summer, Boreas always becomes incredibly sluggish and grouchy. Lightning: Boreas hates it when the sky is lit up by sudden volts of electricity. He classes it as 'unneeded heat'. Avalanches: Boreas absolutely despises avalanches. Even though he practically worships the cold, the hates huge walls of snow collapsing on him.
Fears: Fire. Boreas has an absolute terror of fire, and often in times of extreme heat, some of the icicles atop his head start to melt slightly, which panics him immensely.

Height: 15m
Scales: Icy cold, icicle horns, made almost completely out of ice, light pale blue in colour with hints of white, darker blue and black.
Eyes: Fiery blue with black pupils.
Appearance: A very large robust dragon, with powerful limbs, a thick whip like tail, which as it progresses slowly turns very thin. He has wide, powerful and long wings, which create huge gusts of wind. Hence his name, Boreas who was the ancient Greek God of the north wind. Currently, he has no weapons, and relies only on his sharp, wicked claws and teeth.

Strengths: Hunting, Fighting, Fast Flying and very Brave.
Special Abilities: Can freeze almost anything with breath.
Weaknesses: Summer Months, Fire, Intense Heat and Pressure.
Combat Styles: Divebombs, combo's (breath, bite, claw,) Agile spins and twists or just brute force.

History: Boreas was born to a Icewing and a Waterwing, and his name is a reference to the Greek god of the North Wind. He was forced into the life of an Icewing, after the death of his mother, and the death of his father. He was orphaned and brought up in a separate part to the other Hatchlings, and didn't really made any bonds for the first 5 years of life, but he started to make more friends as time progressed and he was allowed to live with everyone else of his age.

RP Style: Boreas glided gently on the breeze as he head toward his residence, curling his wings slightly to divebomb down to the ground, flapping his wings to gain more altitude as he performed stunts in the air, his heavy wing-flaps scattering snow and frost from the icy ground, before jetting up into the air, releasing an freezing cold breath from his lungs...

Looking good so far, I would say add a bit of back story and an RP sample at the bottom. But other than that looks fine to me, feel free to expand your personality slightly. I see no problem with approving once you've added the stuff I mentioned
