Appearance: A two legged black dragon, always wearing a ruggedy black cloak that has a hood thats always covering his face. He has a beak like snout, long teeth, and red eyes that distract his prey.He has a hard spiked gery underbelly thats very hard, and has a brown bag full of suplies for catching dragons.

Weaknesses: Having cargo all the time means he has to protect ALL of it if he wants his money.
Combat Style: None really, just attack attack attack.

Background
History: Was a baby dragon sold to a black marketer, so he is now forced to join the buisness, and enjoys it.
RP Sample: Dragon Marketer looked at the small dragon. "Come on, hop abord the train it will be so much fun! In fact I will give you anything you want if you ride in my super fun train!" He advertized to the small dragon as it sat there thinking. He pushed it into the train, wich had a cage inside of it and locked the dragon in there tight before he closed the door to go back to the market. Marketer whispered to himself. "Oh, life is good." The small dragon began to moan and grown. A smile grew on his face, for that made his day much better.

your measurements are confusing me. 94 inches is more like 8 feet. Then you say head to tail your 232 inches but then contradict it by saying one foot. Then you do the same thing with the wing span. 400 inch one foot wing span?

The hypnotizing thing effecting peeps by rank doesn't make a whole lot of sense. Effecting them based on their will power does. Also keep in mind what another dragon chooses to do is up to them. If they say they aren't hypnotized then they aren't hypnotized.
