Appearance: Zappy is a noodle with wings on his back capable of flight and have four flippers for legs. He has a finned fluke on his tail tip. He also has spots the colour of his eyes running down his body which glow with sparking electricity. He has teeth like shark's for biting.

Skills and Abilities
Normal Abilities: Zappy can swim and breathe underwater for up to 6 hours. and manipulate currents to make himself swim faster. Normally, his top speed is 60mph but he can swim up to 65mph with currents and he can fly as fast as 40mph.
Special Abilities: He can generate electricity into his surroundings in air or water by rubbing his scales. The electricity does harm and shock anyone who were in the affected 60ft range, less damage the further away you are.
Combat Style: Coil around the enemy and paralyse them then bite them.

Background
History: Zappy grew up with a female seawing, who they became mates when they were adults and started a family. One day, a scary monster came and attacked his family and it was too strong for them to fight. After failing to save the hatchlings, Zappy's partner sacrificed herself to save Zappy so he can escape. After the incident, Zappy dedicates his life to improving his fighting skills.

What percentage of SeaWing and SkyWing is he? This is important to determine how strong his abilities are. How fast can he swim when creating currents? How big is the range of his electric attack?

He's 80% seawing and 20% skywing, and he can swim very fast when inside a current because you've seen how fast a turtle can go when inside a current? The range is big because water conducts electricity and lightning always hit something, even the ground if nothing!

You need to put these percentages under Inheritance then.

Saying he can "swim very fast" is not an indication of speed. Details like that need to be exact so RPing with your character isn't confusing, especially if you ended up in combat. You have read the Guide, so I'm sure you're aware of the flight speeds for each species? The max swim speed for a purebred SeaWing is 70mph. As you are only 80% SeaWing, you won't be able to swim that fast naturally. I'd say you could get up to 60mph. With the currents, maybe 65mph.

As for your electric attack, again, "the range is big" isn't a good enough indication. You need to provide an actual range. Is it a 20ft radius? 10?
