Personality: Petram is a very curious but very greedy little hatchling. He tends to roam about and collect gems most notably, even going out of his way to steal them or whatever is considered stealing at all. But he is a hatchling, he doesn't know any better. He has a very playful personality and enjoys a good wrestling, though shmall he will ambush another dragons ankles, toes, wings, talons, and random body parts. Though he can get too rough as his teeth are strong enough to actually pinch and hurt another dragon. Petram absolutely refuses any form of meat as he eats primarily fruit and other vegetation, however he will also eat a large insect here and there. Petram is also very clingy to his parents, not willing to leave their side at all even if they are away. He absolutely loves lightning storms and the sound of roaring thunder and major storms, but also relaxes to wind chimes and rushing rivers.

Fears:  Petram fears what any hatchling fears... very large predators and other dragons. He's even scared of other hatchlings larger than him let alone his own size. He's also afraid of gourds and cucumbers.

Strengths: Petram is a very fast and agile hatchling, and for his size he's quicker than most and will generally fit through very small spaces. He's very good at sniffing out gemstones and finding them too which either comes by sheer luck or his ability. His teeth are sharp enough to crack open coconuts and break apart stone, his claws sharp enough to easily slice at skin like butter... more or less. For a hatchling, Petram is quite clever and tends to find little hidey-holes to hide in.

Weaknesses: Petram can be overcome by greed, as a hatchling he can't control his instinct to collect more gemstones which will generally get him in a lot of trouble due to the theft he unknowingly commits. Due to his chromatic fur and beautiful scales Petram is a clear target for merchants, treasure hunters, humans in general but other creatures that can easily target him as well. And as a hatchling, Petram is fast compared to other hatchlings however still too slow enough to be caught by fast and careful enough dragons.

General Appearance
Height: 7 inches
Scales: A sea blue primarily, however due to his chromatic scales in the sunlight they vary from blue to green to red and purple pending on how he moves. Scales are literally hard as a rock under his fur however are soft enough to go through with a spiked hammer.

Eyes: His eyes vary during day and night. During the day the pupils are a slitted red with his whole eye white, however at night his pupils are round and glow a dim blue with his whole eyes being a more lime green.

Appearance: Petram is a slender yet slightly fluffy ling dragon. Though a bit short for a lung dragon, like his species they are light weight, rock hard scales and very strong legs for speed however he takes more after the movements of an ocelot. His scales are chromatic to sunlight and tend to change in an array of four colors: Blue, Green, Red, and Purple due to his gem-material which is oddly soft, making his fur extremely valuable. His teeth aren't exactly developed properly however they will be sharp eventually not for eating meat, but for puncturing tough fruits like coconut.

Skills and Abilities
Normal Abilities: Due to his mix blood, Petram will not have the proper abilities like SkyWings, NightWings, and EarthWings would have. He has a 30% resistance to poisons, toxins, and venoms and ailments. He also has a slight venom of his own naturally from the Earthen blood but it is only 10% effective but can cause paralysis, fever, and induce sleep if not treated properly in time, it may not even work half the time. However his night vision works quite good in the dark and allows him to see in it as well, and his SkyWing inheritance allows him to use gust of winds for a boost of speed however only when escaping predators.

At the moment Petram can't really use these abilities at all due to being so new to the world.

Special Abilities: 
This ability only comes much later as either a juvenile but better as an adult. For now, he has this minor one: Seek.

Seek is the odd ability that allows the hatchling to sense and sniff out gemstones, regardless if they are buried, already cut, and so forth. The ability comes in the form of an "instinct" he is driven by the need to collect more gemstones, however once he's found a small amount the ability runs off and Petram is left tuckered out. The ability happens at random and can lead to Fortune... and trouble.

Combat Style: Petram generally doesn't fight and flees, however due to his EarthWing blood he will spit out puffs of sands into a predators eyes. If he were to attack, he'd stick to the shadows and pounce on anything biting the back of it's neck. His teeth are strong enough to pierce rock and coconuts, making it an ideal weapon, bit his claws, which are used for digging into stone can be used for latching onto and scratching deep.

Background
History: Not much is said about Petram, save for the struggle a human boy no older than 16 trying to rescue him from a dragon cult. The boy in the end was killed but saved the egg from being used as a sacrifice, left beside a river where Gleam would later find it.

This isn't your first character, so you need to provide the link to your character list. You say he is a newborn, between 3 months and a year. Which is it, a newborn, three month old Hatchling, or year old Hatchling? I'm asking because this effects how effective his abilities would be right now. The oldest you have him possibly being is a year. At just a year old, his abilities would do much, and at only 3 months, he definitely wouldn't be able to do anything with them. You should note that these abilities are for when he is older.
