Strengths: She is very stealthy and can jump quite high, the downside is that she is clumsy and will knock over stuff when she jumps up.
Weaknesses: fire is a big weakness, as well as water.

Scales: light blue, with her scales being jagged and rough.
Eyes: the left eye is Light blue while the right is a darker blue.
Appearance: She has a long and slender build. she often wears a dark blue hooded cloak and has a silver chain around her neck.

Background
History: she was abandoned at a young age, living on the streets and had a life as a thief for a long time before giving up on that lifestyle and started working as an assassin.

It looks like the name and alias got cut off. But that's an easy fix.

As far as I am aware, the IceWings don't have a Royal Assassin rank. Even if they do (and apologies if so, I kinda don't pay as much attention to what special ranks the other tribes have as I do to my own) a "Royal" Assassin would be a high rank and you can't start with a high rank. High ranks must be applied for in the high rank section--if your tribe currently has any high ranks available. This can be done once your character is approved. However, currently, neither the IceWings nor SeaWings, whom the IceWings are allied with, have a leader. Staff typically doesn't approve high ranks because tribe leaders have complete freedom over what they do with their tribes, which is why a tribe's ranks (typically high ranks) and how they function (monarchy, democracy, etc.) usually changes when it gets a new leader. So for now, you'll have to choose one of the normal ranks. Might I suggest the Tracker? One of their primary jobs is to hunt for the tribe, however they can be useful as assassins and spies.

Under strengths, you say she can jump high without making any noise. Well I notice she wears a cloak and chain. Dragons don't wear clothing, at most just a necklace--or silver chain in your case--perhaps some jewelry of some sort on their horns. What I am getting at is, the chain alone is bound to make some noise when you're moving around, and a cloak will, too. It'll surely make some rustling as you walk and be even louder when you're flying or jumping and it catches air and wind under it.

Only NightWings have perfect vision at night. The other species struggle to see well. So unless you have some NightWing heritage, I'm afraid you'll have to come up with something different for your special ability. If you decide to make your character part NightWing, the night vision would instead be a normal ability.

Moving on to your normal abilities, I see you have that her scales are cold. Do you mean that because she is an IceWing, she feels cold to the touch, or can she actually make her scales feel cold to the touch? If the latter, how cold can she make them (is this something she could use in a fight, say making her scales cold enough to cause at least mild frostbite)?

Finally, her age. Normal dragons live to the age of 1000. At 900 years old, she'd pretty much be on her way to elderly lady looking to enjoy the last years of her life with her family. That's not a problem at all, except when considering her strengths and combat capabilities overall. She likely wouldn't be jumping very high or wanting to get up close to an enemy. So if you want to keep her at 900 years old, that's fine, just keep what I said in mind while you're editing everything else I mentioned.

Fun fact, before lifespans were established, my main character (Baldirak) was an elderly dragon, too!
