Personality: Minnow is a happy-go-lucky dragoness who has taken the monster invasion in stride, at least as well as she can. She tends to be optimistic to a fault, and is willing to help anyone in need. While she is easy to trick, and a bit naive. She's also a surprisingly quiet dragon, despite being full of energy.
Fears: Monsters, heights.  
Strengths: Strong swimmer, "street smart" i.e. Is very good at handling dangerous situations and the difficulties of living one her own.
Weaknesses: Extremely weak flier (15 mph), difficulty walking, somewhat naive

General Appearance
Height: 30 ft
Scales: Deep blue scales.
Eyes: Pearly white
Appearance: Minnow is a blue scaled, somewhat serpentine aquatic dragon with a set of fin-like wings. Her forward wing rib is tipped with a green, bio-luminescent bulbs. She has a set a horns that curl downward, staying close to her skull and jaw, and fin ears with green glowing bulbs at the end of each ray. At the end of her long tail is a pair of fins that are bio-luminescent. The webbing of her ears and wings are also bio-luminescent, and glow a light blue.

Skills and Abilities
Normal Abilities: Minnow is able to swim at 70 mph, and breath scalding hot water up to 30 ft away. At 20-30 ft, the breath will cause 2nd degree burns. Any closer and the breath causes 3rd degree burns. She can also breath under water, and is bio-luminescent.
Special Abilities:
Aquatic Tendrils: Minnow is capable of using the water around her to form tendril that she can use to wrap, block, and attack opponents, or help her move objects. The tendrils are as strong as a normal dragon, and can extend 30 ft away from Minnow. In the water, they are difficult to see, but do cause a distortion.
Combat Style: Minnow prefers to fight in the water, and will avoid fighting on land at all cost.

Background
History: Not much is really know about Minnow's past. All that is know is that she's been running from monsters for some time now.

Hello, my friend! I see just a few things in your application that need to be fixed.

-Can you describe what "street smart" means in your post?
-How far does the scalding breath travel from Minnie's maw and how does it affect her victims? I recommend second or third degree burns.
-The length of the Aquatic Tendrils might be a bit much. Perhaps 30 feet? I also believe invisible attacks under the water is a no-go as that might make it a bit OP. Maybe you can have them be hard to see instead~?
