Personality: Rime is very monotonous, his voice and body language lacks emotions. This is not because he is an icewing but he lost it somewhere in his sleep. Despite his always tired nature, he is alert and pays attention to his surroundings and listens to conversations more than he engage in them. Rime is the guy who wants to shape the world as according to his dreams and can and will fight for it, granted he doesn't die first. Rime's favourite food are fruit and he dislikes speeches because he does not know if they are true or not.
Fears: Falling for the lies and being betrayed, again.
Strengths: Rime is an expert in sword wielding, he knows how to use a sword as means of offence and defence. He can fight without a sword if desired.
Rime can also sense even the smallest vibrations in the ground as well as in objects better than an average dragon could, allowing him to detect anyone nearby.
Weaknesses: Rime is blind because of a curse and he won't be able to see his surroundings, he would have to bring a companion with him so they can describe the position and the appearance of the foe(s) to him.
Although his sense of balance is decent, Rime has no way of telling where he is in the air or water, he can swim with his head above the surface of the water without resting for 10 minutes. Vast open areas that is far from land can and will disorient him.

General Appearance
Height: 46 feet
Scales: White in the tundra and arctic environments but blue elsewhere.
Eyes: Who knows, Rime has his eyes closed all the time.
Appearance: Rime has two pair of black horns on his head pointing away from his snout. He has black spikes going down his back all the way to the tail. He is naturally bipedal (Sometimes Rime would go on all fours to run long distances, if a tad clumsy) and has jagged claws used to grip to any surfaces. He has a longsword which is used in combat.

Skills and Abilities
Normal Abilities: Ice breath: Rime has an ice breath which can freeze foes with it.
Resistance to extreme temperatures: Rime welcomes cold climates but tolerates hot climates such as places with lava and the rainforest.
Special Abilities: Dexerity: Rime can cast a spell to alter his hands to have similar characteristics as human hands do, only scaly and clawy. This enables him to do stuff humans can such as holding and using a sword. The spell casts for 4 posts.
Combat Style: Rime fights with his longsword and sometimes using his ice powers to freeze his foes. Often goes for the neck, head or chest first if he think the foe he is facing are either too slow to react or plain stupid.

Background
History: Rime was raised to become an Icewing guardian long before the tribe fell or something. Rime has chosen to wield a sword welded out of a tail guard by an icewing vulcan after seeing swords used by humans. During one of his expeditions a curse of eternal sleep was cast on Rime, which meant to make him sleep forever. However, he had broken free of the spell recently although his eyes are permanently shut and he sleeps a lot more often than a heavy sleeper...

RP Sample: Rime sighed heavily and looked straight up, everything was black no matter where he looked. He kicked some snow with his tail out of frustration and sighed again. ''Where did they go?'' Rime thought to himself.

So there's a couple things that need fixing/clarifying.

First, how long can he stand and walk on his hind legs? Seeing as he isn't naturally bidepal, I don't think it would be as easy as you might imagine, even if he could do so easier than every other dragon.

Second, dragons don't have the dexterity to wield weapons, so it is highly unlikely that he could use a sword. The only way would be if he grasps it in his tail, but I imagine it this would make it difficult to use the sword effectively. It might be better if he not have a sword.

You mention him not being able to tell where he is in the air or water. How long can he swim? Keep in mind that non SeaWings can't swim very well or stay underwater for long.

You mention in combat style that he gets a companion to accompany him to describe the appearance and position of his enemy. This should actually go under weaknesses.

What do you mean by, "he can swim in the surface of the water without touching the ground?"

As for his special ability, it should be clarified that this is actually a spell he uses to give himself the dexterity of a human. Otherwise it sounds like he has human hands. Also, there should be a limit as to how long he can use this spell. 3 or 4 posts would be good.

I'm not sure what you meant so I tried to clarify the two issues mentioned and added the limit too, although I'm not a fan of the idea

Unless your character is a full god, your abilities, especially magic-based abilities, need to have limits, be it in strength or duration. Otherwise you could do anything forever and that would be OP. This is usually the case on any RP site.

One last thing, since we no longer have Vulcans, which is a rank that made weapons (artificial claws and weapons that could be attached to the tail) and armor, you should explain somewhere in your history where he got the sword. Maybe he got it from a Vulcan or found it in the ruins of the IceWing kingdom, and then was able to modify it from a tail guard to something more human-like.

There's no blacksmiths? Yeah, I got nothing. Naturally, swords are not indestrucable. so if Rime somehow had got his sword broken he would to get a new one somehow. I don't know if that counts as a weakness or common sense.

It would be common sense. If his sword breaks, the only way he could possibly get a new one is from one the only remaining Vulcan, which is one of my characters.
