Meni is a rather optimistic and calm sea dragon, who usually tries to see the light and positives of any given situation. She foresaw that with the tribes now annexed (hers being with the Icewings), the future will bring yet more issues on top of what little problems it may solve. Within any meetings, or when inquired upon, she will attempt to shed light into the issues as well as bringing forth her perspectives on how to resolve such conflict.

In addition to being mostly calm, she is incredibly wise and intelligent for her age, almost never seen beyond the libraries of the Seawings without a book within her coils. At her own home, she had a library of her own, though its more of a collection of highly valuable books and scrolls well preserved even after having read through them. She can almost instantly recall, word for word, a certain phrase of a book, but for much more difficult texts, she will have a lot of difficulties doing so and consider it better to make a general revision of what it is about. One of her favourite hobbies was tome-writing, where she documents any notable events that happen around Pyrrhia and storing it within her library as archives for her world's history.

Because of her hobbies and interests, Meni commonly finds herself isolated from the social norms of her kin. As such, she can be socially awkward at times and speak of something which she shouldn't. But beyond that, she may add a positive vibe to the group she is within. She is willing to put down her books if she were invited in any sorts of activities which she might find interesting and such.

Fears: Meni treasures her library so much that she fears losing all of her collection, and especially her tomes on the history of Pyrrhia.

Strengths:

Physical

Meni has rather subpar physical strengths. Being a serpent-like dragon, she is not well trained at physical combat aside from coiling and restricting her foes. Neither is she the fastest flyer (40mph) or swimmer (60mph). Most of her strength lies in her mentality.

Mental

Meni is a witty strategist and a quick thinker, instantly able to come up with certain tactics on the spot and acting upon them before her opponents realise what is happening. She possessed great intellect as well, having the capacity to (though still a rare event) come up with a plan several steps ahead than an average tactician. Meni quickly takes note of any weak spots, or any advantages which she has gained, and quickly exploits them to ensure her victory.

Her magical prowess is also among the best within those of the Seawings, being extremely potent and she can cast several of them in quick succession to overwhelm her opponents. The downside to this is that it does not change how much energy it will expend out of her, and if she gets carried away, she will quickly exhaust herself.

Weaknesses:

Often overestimates her capabilities. Being an optimist doesn't really help much either, as sometimes she thinks she can act upon her complex strategy, but ends up tiring herself far too much to continue before she can see the end of it. If her opponents can survive her onslaught until the later stages of the fight, this can be a window of opportunity for them to attack while she is weak.

Close combat. Meni is a scholar who prefers to fight at a distance rather than being close and personal against her opponents. This is due to her poor physical strengths as above. Unless she is surprise attacking someone, she is guaranteed to lose to an average build dragon.

Appearance: Meni is a large sea-serpent like dragon, having a long slippery body with soft bristle-like mane along her back that grows into membranous spines near her head. A pair of scaly and bristly wings grew from either side of her head, which allows her to fly. A pair of white deer-like antlers also grew. Her entire body has glistening blue and white scales that shimmer differently as anyone moves around her.

While not in combat or moving about within the Seawing tribe, she adorns a dial-like crown that floats above her head.

Whirling torrent

Meni conjures up to 4 glowing and spinning blue spellcircles around her, each lasting for up to 4 posts before fading into nothing. After a brief delay, indicated when the circles stop spinning, Meni can shoot forward a spinning torpedo of highly-pressurised water from any of these circles, going at 60ft/s, radius 10ft, that travels up to 150ft. The circle that is used will fade immediately after, but can reappear after 2 post cooldown. The torpedoes are capable of delivering impact blows on her enemies, pushing them back until the end of the torpedo's range, as well as leaving superficial burns at the area of impact. Bulkier or larger dragons can easily tank and withstand these torrents. However, if Meni is positioned behind a circle, she can instead shoot the torrent from her maw, which is larger (13ft radius) and travels even further (300ft), capable of knocking back such heavier opponents.
Cooldown: 2 posts (for each spellcircle after they disappear, either from being used or expiring after 4 posts)

Hello there Menigmira!

I'm going to need you to lower the speed of your whirlpools with your spell. That travels way too quick. Having something that travels that fast, along with how wide it is, it's basically a promised hit on an opponent. I need you to reduce that speed significantly, probably around 50-60ft per second. Please reduce the radius as well, just a foot or two with the second more powerful blast.

Also, you state that that the circle vanishes after it is used and requires 4 posts before it can be used. But later, you state that it has a cooldown of one post.

Do you mean that if she uses this ability, only ONE of the four orbs are used? If so, I need you to clarify this in your abilities. They just don't make sense without further clarifications. *Please* elaborate a bit more on this ability.

Alright, that's a bit better now.

With the orbs, how long do they take after they fade into nothing before she can recast them? Or is it a cast and, as soon as the 4 posts have past, they can relight themselves in that EXACT same post? They need to have a cooldown, how long she has to wait before she can cast them once more.
