Travel by Sea, Go At Night [Tenebris/Iskander]

Waves crashing along the sandy and rocky shores, the salty air, the warm, gentle breeze that pressed against your scales early in the morning. Ah, yes, it was a feeling a SeaWing knew best. The perfect balance between land and sea, that delicate and fragile conflict of gills and wings. Perhaps the only species truly in harmony with oneself and others. But, that was a tale told by Kings of the Sea far too forgiving of the others. When war waged, and battle cries were sung high, it was the Sea that promoted peace. Like a Mother settling a scuffle between her children. A kind, loving mother who always gave her children chances to grow up. But, they never did, and the kind Mother soon grew cold and harsh as she realized that her children would remain just children.

The Kings of the Sea were far too soft for their own good. Iskander, a SeaWing, was ready to take initiative and take the lead, by force, if he had to.

Today, he had a meeting with a very special brute. Tenebris, well known leader of the NightWings and former EbonWings. A very important brute, at that. One of the strongest tribes of the Imperium at his paw. Iskander had a special request, as second in command of the SeaWings, he suspected that he would surely listen to the hearing. Earlier this month, Iskander had sent a very brief, ambiguous, and urgent letter. He came alone, and without informing his leader or anyone of the SeaWing tribe. He left early and on the most isolated coast of the SeaWing waters. He was sure not be traced.

He had smooth, denim blue scales and streaks of blue and cerulean underneath his chin and along his jaw. He had a short, scrunched up muzzle but a maw worthy of being deemed dangerous, with it's fish-like fangs and menacing look. His wings were long and powerful, very capable of long flights but not fast ones. Iskander would trek only to the very border of the NightWing territory, he would not dare to go further unannounced. He had given Tenebris the specifics of his arrival time and location this day within his letter, and awaited him or his servants to come fetch him.
