Personality: Berwyn is a playful, cute hatchling. He likes to talk with and learn from older dragons, and he is always willing to learn. He likes cuddling up sometimes. He is very friendly, but he's shy sometimes. He does not like it when he's shunned or when the other dragons become aggressive around him. He likes to make others happy, and he is willing to help others when he can. He tends to wander around, but he never goes to far from his home city. He likes to play around and can sometimes get annoying.
Fears: He fears conflict, and he will try to avoid or solve conflicts as soon as possible. He does not like it when there is a situation where someone might be hurt. He also fears being forced to fight or hurt any other creature.

Weaknesses: Berwyn is not very strong.
His almost pacifist personality makes it hard for him to defend himself.
His scales are lighter and weaker than usual.
He is a loner in regard to his family. He feels closer to his friends than he does his family, but he loves them either way.
His friendly nature might make it easier for enemies to harm him.

Strengths: He is very flexible and can perform aerial maneuvers easily.
His LightWing heritage allows him to camouflage very well to any background and even disguise himself as other dragons.
His friendly nature allows him to easily meet new people, but his shyness sometimes gets in the way.

Special Abilities: He will be able to camouflage perfectly to backgrounds and imperfectly disguise himself as other dragons. He can change his looks but not his body structure.

Scales: He has scales that are an almost white blue color.
Eyes: He has piercing, bright, electric blue eyes.
Appearance: He is a small thin dragon that looks quite weak. He has bright white/blue scales covering the majority of his body. He has darker blue plated scales on his neck and underbelly, and he has very thin fur on his ears. He has white and bright yellow lines and patterns in his scales. He has dark purple scales around his eyes which make it look like he cried ink or something. He always wears a small crystal pendant around his neck.

History: He was the runt of the family, but he is the middle of the age range of his siblings. He has always been seen as the younger one in the family, but he is really older than his sister. He is growing up in a very open home. His mother does not keep many regulations on what he can do or where he can go. His mother trusts him and he has not broken their trust thus far. He loves his younger sister and his older brother and would to anything to protect them. His father was killed in a fight with another IceWing over a mine that the family once owned in IceWing territory. The killer took the mine and left the small family without a father figure. Berwyn hates combat for this reason and will do almost anything to avoid or solve conflicts. Berwyn has gone most of his short life without a father, but he helps his family in any way he can. His older brother helps his mother take care of his younger sister, so he has a lot of time to himself.

Combat style: He doesn't fight, but if he ever was put into a situation where he had to defend his family he would fight to the bitter end in any way he could.

Hey there. So with him being a Hatching, Berwyn isn't going to be able to perfectly camouflage himself yet. 24ft is just a liitle bit big for even a 10 year old Hatchling, so maybe bring it down to... about 12-13ft? And finally, his rank would be Hatchling, not Citizen yet.
