Personality: This dragon is mysterious but very strong for her age. This dragon loves to be alone more than anything it will help  if attack but only when it is needed most. No one knows what is really up with this dragon back story but has a younger sister and is so protective if her. The other thing is only she know what happened with her parents but refuses to tell anyone. She also loves sparring with much stronger dragons than her. If one thing is clear about this dragon it is that she is out to be the best.
Interests: This dragon loves fighting, protecting her sister, target practice.
Dislikes: This dragon hates failing, spiders, and seeing her sister drift away from her.
Fears: This dragon hates failing and spiders, death

General Appearance
Height: 10 ft
Scales: Her scales are sharp triangles and layer over each other like waves in the ocean.
Eyes: brown
Appearance:  She has wings black on the outside and dark blue on the inside with lighter blue in the middle. She has lime green fur down her long tail and on her head down her neck ways. She has two horns going to the back of her head. Her breast area is dark blue on the outside and lighter in the middle. She has four feet with three claws extending in a blue shade.

Skills and Abilities
Strengths: Fighting and training her sister because she does it all the time. In stressful situates can stay calm. She is good at prioritising in stressful situations to get the best out come in the situation.
Special Abilities: She can shoot two egg-like lasers out her eyes and has to wait 1.5 seconds before shooting again. This comes in sets of ten after she does it ten times she has to wait 7 minutes before shooting again. She can also make her scales stronger once per topic. It depends how much they get stronger on how much strength she has. For exapmle if she hardends them twice as hard as they were she looses about 10% of her engery and they soften 45 minutes later. If she were to strengthen them say x5 she would lose almost all her engerny and they would soften about five minutes later because this is as hard as she can go
She is also quick and can shoot flames from her mouth.
Weaknesses: When people mention her past she gat angry and xyarhea into things blindly making her more likely to fall onto traps. Larger dragons also have a higher chance of overpowering her. If something were to happen to her sister, say if someone kidnapped her sister, she would charge into battle no matter the coast.

RP Sample: Abzou stood up seeing her sister sleeping next to her. She decided against waking her up and went to practice her aim. She got to the training grounds and was shooting beams thought the holes in the center she had previously made. After about and hour she heard her sister yelling her name. "Abyzou, Abyzou." She flew over there as fast as She could and cradled her sister using her wings. She was murming "All I could see was his huge foot and the raging fire."

How often can she use the ability highlighted in bold (e.g once every three posts)? What are its effects, if there are any? And when she makes her scales harder, how hard does it become? 2x harder? 3x harder?

How is this a weakness? Unless you put in an effect of her past being mentioned (e.g getting mad and charging into things blindly, which can lead her to fall into traps easily), this isn't a weakness.

You mentioned that how much her scales harden depends on how much strength she has. So if she has, say, 50% strength left, does that mean her scales will be 50% harder? And will it be 2x harder if she's at full strength? Also, how long will it be before her scales soften/go back to normal?
