Personality: Almia is nothing if not cunning and resourceful. Unfortunately this often manifests itself in to sarcastic remarks. She is highly analytical of conversations and body language, picking up on small hints to further her knowledge of the situation. However, this can sometimes lead her to read in to a situation more than is necessary. She is fiercely loyal to her clan, and prioritizes its success above all else.
She acts haughty and aloof at times, but is protective and caring to those she views as under her jurisdiction. This responsibility leads to her prioritizing their safety over her own.
Interests: Riddles, Diplomacy, Games, all sorts of things to keep her mind sharp.
Dislikes: Tedium, belligerence, or grudges. She sees these all as a sign of a weak mind.
Fears:
-Banishment, she loves her tribe and losing it would be the end of her.
-Uselessness, she takes pride in what she does, and can't stand the thought of it meaning nothing.
-Being forgotten. To be forgotten would be worse than never existing.

General Appearance

Appearance: Almia has scales of subdued blues and greys, their pattern shifting throughout her body in a sort of natural seaborn camo. Her wings are a lighter shade from the rest of her, appearing seafoam at their brightest. Her wings are compact, able to fold up to aide in swimming, but achieve a surprising wingspan when unfurled. Her underbelly is a deep blue, lined with the glowing stripes used for Aquatic. Her head is angled, seeming almost sharp, with two fin-like ears adapted to the water and glowing stripes beneath her eyes. These glow whenever she feels embarrassed, giving a distinctive 'blush'. Her tail is shark-like, also possessing the glowing lines.

Strengths:
-With her lithe body and natural coloring, she possesses a penchant for aquatic stealth.
-Her sharp mind is skilled at picking up on word choice and body language
-Able to travel by air or by sea with relative ease.
Special Abilities:
-Like most Seawings, she possesses the ability to breathe underwater.
-By manipulating wind and water, she can create and manipulate clouds. She has 8 charges per day that she can expend for various effects.
>For 1 charge, she may create 50 Sq ft of heavy fog. Multiple charges may be expended to increase size at the same ratio. When used underwater, the waters instead become murky and clouded. Clouds are subject to winds and will generally dissipate in about 15 minutes.
>For 2 charges, she may create a 20 Sq ft raincloud, whose precipitation lasto for 5 minutes.
>For 3 charges, she may 'fogwalk', turning her physical form to mist and allowing movement within a cloud at up to 50 MPH for 5 seconds. She will not be affected by physical harm during its duration, but will be affected by magical sources.
-She possesses 'cloud sight', the ability to see as though in a normal low light environment while in clouds or fog.
Weaknesses:
-She lacks physical strength. If grappled or otherwise engaged in close combat, she will be at the mercy of her opponent.
-The clouds she creates are not harmful. All they can do is provide cover or cause mild dampness.
-She is easy to goad out. If her ego or those she cares about are targeted, she will refuse to quit a fight.
-In extended engagement, she will run out of charges. When she runs out of charges, she suffers physical and mental fatigue, lasting until she can rest for 8 hours to regain her charges.
Combat Style: Almia prefers to do her fighting unseen. A good blow to a dragon's head can end a fight, so why use unnecessary force? Using her aquatic camouflage and cloud cover, she uses stealth to either avoid a fight or to end it with as little effort possible. Some would call her underhanded. She prefers to think of it has fighting smarter, not harder.

Background
History: Born and raised by two fiercely loyal Seawings, a sense of loyalty has been instilled in Almia since she was young. Growing up craving knowledge and all its applications, she trained diligently to become a scholar. However, when a tragic miscommunication between tribes caused her parents to be caught unaware by human hunters, she was left orphaned. While she was old enough to care for herself, she had a new vision to follow. She wanted to improve the relations between tribes so that they may never suffer at the hands of humans again. As she was already on the path of a scholar, she switched her studies to politics, and eventually became an emissary. Traveling proved difficult, but motivation would not let her rest. Her diligence was eventually rewarded with her promotion to royal advisor.

RP Sample: A particularly observant individual might notice a slight shifting of currents. An even more observant individual might see some amount of movement accompanying this shift. There happened to be two of these observers nearby, on a small human fishing vessel. They were not observant enough however, or they would not have been acting quite so curious with a dragon in the waters. A quick leap from the water and a flick of the tail was all it took to put Almia in a better mood. "The FireWings will have to thank me for that later." she thought to herself, continuing on her way towards her meeting.
