Personality: He is very smart when it comes to creating medicines and cures, but with how smart he is Drocko is also very sarcastic, cynic, bitter, antagonistic and rude towards others. He is not afraid to be blunt with the truth or giving his own opinion and enjoys insulting almost everyone he meets, as well as mocking them. Rarely does he take anything seriously unless it’s life-threatening; other than that he is care-free and cares very little about everyone’s problems. And with how calm he is Drocko has a surprisingly short temper if things become stressful and tense.

Interests: Drocko enjoys ‘flying’ in the water as he puts it, which is just swimming, and loves to experiment with medicinal herbs and magic. He also loves to create potions and usually carries a small pack kit strapped on his chest, mainly for taking samples or to create medicine if it is needed for emergencies.

Dislikes: He dislikes being around others, preferring solitude, and absolutely hates when he is proven wrong. He also dislikes anyone he finds to be annoying as well as stupid, and anyone who lies to him. If he is lied to he will make sure the one who lied is taught a lesson and force them to tell the truth.

Fears: The thing he fears the most is being paralyzed for the rest of his life, along with having a deadly, incurable disease, and lightning.

General Appearance
Height: 45

Scales: His scales are different shades of blue with a white underbelly. The body scales are similar to fish scales, being smooth to the touch while the underbelly, spine, head, legs and tail are rough as shark skin.

Eyes: Ocean blue

Appearance: A pair of horns adorn his head while a row of thick spiked horns start on his head, traveling down his neck, shoulders and back before ending at his tail. Two webbed fins adorn his cheeks as a pair of thin spines sit on his shoulders. A smaller pair of spines can be seen near his back legs as well. Thick and ridged scales are mainly on his front and back legs and near his eyes, along with his hips. At least ten light blue teardrop stones are embedded in his body, one being in the center of his head where the first spiked horn starts, while the rest are found around his right shoulder. His feet have webbing that allow him to swim at fast speeds underwater.

Skills and Abilities
Strengths: Besides his teeth and claws, Drocko can spit very powerful jets of water at enemies that can cause serious damage. Only when he is underwater his body can become water itself to hide from enemies or to ambush them, also giving him an advantage when hunting prey, however it only lasts for 2 hours. Once 2 hours have passed the power from the stones wears off, causing his body to return to solid form. If he is near bodies of hot or freezing cold water he can use that to his advantage as well to cause more damage, such as burning the enemy or freezing the enemy if the water is below freezing temperature. The spines on his shoulders and back legs are actually wings, the skin being retracted when he chooses not to fly. If he does choose to fly the skin stretches out within seconds, stretching out long enough for flight. The skin on the smaller spines stretch out as well, acting as a second pair of small wings to aid in his flying.

The stones embedded in his body give him the ability to become water, and a small part of that power is also used to keep Drocko constantly hydrated by covering his body in a very thin layer of water, mainly by absorbing any source that uses water.

Special Abilities: As a defense mechanism his scales become covered in thick puffer fish quills. At close range he can use these quills to pierce the skin of enemies that have little to no armor or whatever weak spots they have. At long ranged distances the quills on his tail are used as projectiles, almost like darts, to be shot at enemies. Drocko can only use at most 10 quills from his tail or body, depending on if it is for long ranged or up close. For every quill that is used a new one is produced to take its place within 5 seconds.

Weaknesses: Despite being able to use hot and freezing cold water as a means to attack, it can actually cause Drocko terrible pain in return. The stones that keep him hydrated unfortunately do not hold enough power to protect him from drying out under intense heat such as fire, lava and over exposed heat from the sun. The heat can cause the water to become boiling hot which can become dangerous enough to cook him alive. Below freezing temperatures can have the same effect on him, only instead of boiling him alive he would be frozen to death unless the water constantly moves all around his body. When in his water form, extreme heat and freezing temperatures can hurt him as well, and can even kill him if exposed long enough. If exposed to poison it does not affect him while he is in his water form, but if the poison continues to linger when he returns back to solid form it can slowly kill him from the inside. His back right leg has a permanent limp that cannot be healed. A handmade leg splint keeps his leg in place, as well as helping him to walk. However, he experiences pain in that leg and has to take medicinal herbs to keep the pain at bay for three days before taking more herbs. His leg slows him down a little, but he doesn’t let it bother him.

Combat Style: Drocko is not a fighter, mainly because he is lazy and would prefer to just admit defeat, but if it involves life and death then he will fight. Instead of charging head first into a fight he sometimes taunts and toys the enemy into attacking first, giving him a chance to analyze the enemy’s moves and use a strategy against it.

Background
History: As a hatchling, Drocko was always interested in herbs and plants, as well as magic and would spend most of his time experimenting with all three to try and make something. It was fun and educational for him as he grew older, but his parents, who were both Guardians, thought it was just a waste of time and disapproved of such foolishness. They wanted him to become a Guardian to carry on the traditional family rank rather than let him become a weak Healer. However, Drocko rebelled against his parent’s demands and ran away from home, upset and frustrated that his parents only wanted him to do what they wanted instead of what he wanted.

That is when he had the accident.

It was storming pretty badly that day and Drocko was not exactly paying much attention to the bolts of lightning that were flashing in the sky. Unfortunately, as luck was not on his side that night, a stray bolt of lightning struck his back right leg, almost killing him. The electricity running through his body made him paralyzed for thirty seconds, almost long enough to get struck again, but once he was no longer paralyzed he returned home only to be punished for running off, making him hate his own parents.

His leg had a nasty scar that nearly resembled the lightning bolt that struck him. When he attempted to walk it caused him immense pain when pressure was put on his right leg, which Drocko tried his best to heal his leg but had no success. Instead he made a trip to one SeaWing healer that was a friend of his, and also taught Drocko the art of healing whenever he had the chance. The only thing the Healer could do was make a permanent splint for the injured leg and prescribe Drocko a certain medicinal herb that would keep the pain at bay for a while.

Of course once Drocko’s parents found out about his injury and the severity of it they were disappointed in him, immediately disowning their own son shortly before abandoning him. It saddened and frustrated Drocko to no end, but the Healer kindly took him in and raised him until he was grown enough to look after himself, as well as teaching him everything there was to know about healing, medicinal herbs and magic.

Now he is somewhat of an expert healer, but despises everyone around him, not wanting to make friends with anyone any time soon. He has also learned to live with his permanently injured leg, a faint scar remaining as a reminder of his struggles in the past that led him to a somewhat happy future for him.

RP Sample: Drocko gave a scoff at the young SeaWing as he examined the fresh wound on the left side of the body. “So, do you delight in purposely finding trouble to impress the females or is it something more personal?” he asked, the sarcasm loud and clear.

"But I-" the dragon starts to explain before being cut off.

"The eyes can mislead, a smile can lie, but claws always tell the truth." Drocko says.

"I-I'm not smiling!" the dragon exclaims, feeling confused and somewhat dumbfounded.

The only problem I have with this app is the stingers. Venom is unique to EarthWings, so unless you have EarthWIng heritage, you'll have to change this to something else.

As for the stingers I did not know it was an EarthWing trait. Would replacing the stingers for puffer fish quills be alright? Provided that I do not include the venom?

That's quite alright. You can have the stingers, they just can't produce venom or toxin. But if you want to replace them with puffer fish quills, that's okay, too. If you hae anymore questions, feel free to ask.

Hello there! Under strengths you talk about the stones, but even if he doesn't know the power we do, so if you could explain what it can do if he figured it out that would be great! Or you can just say that keeping him moist is all it does.

Also, how long can he turn into water? What makes him turn back into a solid form or could hurt him in that stage?
