Personality: Often seen with a condescending smirk on his face, Tsukki is arrogant, and doesn't offer respect to anyone, including the gods, unless they have earned it. Tsukki loves to taunt others as well, but he knows when others are on the point of losing control and potentially harming him, so he knows when to start and when to stop. Usually he doesn't taunt someone without good reason (Good reasons including revenge), but if he's in a bad mood, he will either sulk in a corner, vent his anger on his surroundings, or go irritate someone. Mostly he's quiet, preferring to keep to himself, and he tries to reduce contact with other dragons as much as possible. He has a strong love for his brother, and his brother is the only one who can order Tsukki around without getting his head bitten off. Speaking of his brother, Tsukki is very sensitive on the topic of Akiteru. Talk about about the latter once and you'll have a very angry SkyWing chasing after you.

Defiant as Tsukki is, he doesn't go around breaking rules, because it will draw attention to him, which is the opposite of what he wants: To go around unnoticed. Tsukki is also a surprisingly intelligent dragon, with a wider range of knowledge compared to most 22-year-olds, mainly because of the fact that he reads a lot. Books are a supplier of knowledge to him. Tsukki is also very ambitious, and expects a lot from himself. He sets high, near-impossible goals, but he tries his best to hit his target anyway.

General Appearance
Height: 35 feet
Length: 70 feet
Wingspan: 75 feet
Scales: His scales are circular shaped, but so small that they look like skin instead of scales.
Eyes: A bright, glowing yellow with slitted pupils.
Appearance: His head is neither long or short; rather, it is a circular shape, and set into it is a pair of large, yellow eyes with slitted pupils, resembling a cat's eyes. Above his eyes are two lines of a lighter blue, and they act as eye ridges; and above the so-called eye ridges, are spots the same colour as his eye ridges. There are several feathers decorating the back of his head, the longer ones at the top, and the shorter ones at the bottom. They are, like the rest of his body, a very dark blue, almost black, but the tips are coloured white.

The front part of each of his limbs is not dark blue, but is instead a hue of lighter blue similar to the colour of the spots decorating his head. And on top of the lighter blue scales, are pretty spots of an even lighter blue, and white. It resembles the night sky, spotted with stars. And at each elbow of his front limbs, is a white fin, small but sharp, and one can get hurt if brushed against it too hard.

His wings have similar colourings as the feathers on the back of his head: a dark blue, with white tipping them. But they are not just normal wings; they are feathers. At the area right behind his haunches are larger versions of the feathers at the back of his head; unlike the ones on his head, which are straight and stiff and unmovable, this one can move; Tsukki can flare them, or lay them flat against his tail, whatever he wishes. It is, unlike the rest of his body, black in colour. His tail has a different type of colouring as compared to the rest of his body. Kind of hard to describe so just look at the picture. His dark blue scales darken to black at the bottom part of his tail, at the feathers located at the beginning of his tail (mentioned above), and and at the tail feathers. The dots on his tail can glow in the dark.

And adorning the tip of his tail is something that is again similar to the feathers on the back of his head. Like those feathers somewhere at the beginning of his tail, they can be flared. Or lain against his tail, which will form a shape resembling the head of a spear.

Skills and Abilities
Strengths:
~He has a small size but wings that are twice as large, thus he can travel at a speed slightly higher than the average 22-year-old's; he is also very nimble in the air and on the ground. This makes up for his lack of strength.
~He is extremely alert; it is hard to sneak up on him without his noticing.
~(Mental strength) A rather strong will; his mind is hard to break.
~Ability to strategise well.
Special Abilities:
~Orbs of Wind
Like all SkyWings, he can breathe a great gust of wind, but in his case, he can also "shape" the wind into an orb. It takes only a few seconds for the orb to form, and he can form the orb with his maw open or shut - he prefers to let the orb form while his maw is shut, so he can give his opponent a little surprise, by flying around looking tense and then suddenly opening his maw and letting the orb fly out. The orb is like some kind of tracker - it will track whoever Tsukki wants it to. He can control the orb with his mind, but only when it is still in his maw. So, when the orb is still generating, he can command it to track whoever he wants it to track. The orbs generated has different sizes, actually. The small ones are fast but don't deal so much damage, and the big ones are slower but deal damage equivalent to a punch. He can only generate 5 orbs per post. He can also use his tail as a "bat", to hit his orb if he wanted the orb to change direction.
Weaknesses:
~As a SkyWing, he is built for speed during flight, but because of that, he has poor armour. In addition to that, he has soft scales at the area where his head and neck meets.
~Lack of experience. He might have a good amount of knowledge, but he doesn't have a lot of experience.
~His feathers are delicate and are easily ripped off, which will cause him great pain, or shredded.
~He lacks brute force, and he will surely lose if he were to grapple with someone in the air.
Combat Style: Doesn't fight as he doesn't prefer to, but having been trained by a good teacher, he does have some skill. He will take advantage of his size and heritage and fly around quickly, hopefully confusing the opponent, and then diving down and rising again to clamp his jaws around the opponent's limb and yanking with all his might, and if he fails, he'll just try to take a bite out of the opponent's belly. Or other tender spots.

Bad Cos, I was posting!

So, the only thing I see that could use tweaking is: "He is very provoking -- if he ever got dragged into a battle, there is a high chance of his opponent getting very riled up. And then his opponent will PROBABLY charge blindly". Well, how do you know your opponent would charge blindly? Perhaps your opponent is able to think before acting even if they're riled up. Unless you plan on only ever fighting NPCs, you might want to change probably to might.
