Personality: Revi is a bit of a scaredy cat, especially when it comes to dragons. At the sight of a dragon it takes a lot for her not to shriek, but with the IceWings she has learned not to. If a dragon moves a paw towards her she always flinches, thinking they are going to hit her. Because of her dragon issues she has a hard time trusting them. The only one she fully trusts is Navi because she's been with her throughout her whole life. She is slightly curious, but in a careful way, especially under the dragon eye. To avoid getting hit she'll always act her best when dragons are around, rushing to do what she is asked and doing it to the best of her abilities. Revi is careful and cautious with things she has, examining them thoroughly and gently, and has a keen eye and memory making her great at hatchling-sitting. When alone she seems happier, or even with hatchling.

Scales: Instead of scales she has feathers which are colors of red to orange and have white dots.

Appearance: Similar to her sister, Revi has 3 large feathers that extend past her tail. The middle one is bigger than the two on the outside. Oh her head she also has 3 feathers, but the first one being the biggest. Her legs are scaly with sharp talons.

Skills and Abilities
Strengths: She's strong against fire because her wings can light themselves on fire. It is said that fire can make her stronger. Her own fire is also the max temp for phoenix's. Similar to her sister, she can fly at 80 mph.
Special Abilities:
Lite:
At will, Revi can light herself on fire. Her feathers are fireproof allowing her to do this without burning all of her pretty feathers off. Strong winds, water, cold temperatures, and ice or snow will douse her fire. If she is wet she can not use this until she dries off, same with if she'd cold. She can use this for five posts before having to wait three to use again.

Shriek:
When threatened, Revi will release a very loud shriek that can momentarily stun a dragon so she can make a quick escape. It stuns by being loud enough to cause ringing in the ears for a few seconds, letting the dragon be distracted by that while she finds a place to go. It doesn't cause hearing loss for dragons. A shriek can stun a large dragon for half a post and a small one for a full one. It takes two posts before she can shriek again.

Weaknesses: Water makes her cold and unable to use her fire. It also has the possibility to kill her if she continues to get cold, making her internal fire go out. She also isn't that strong compared to a dragon, her claws barely making a scratch on their scales.
Combat Style: Usually she avoids fights with big dragons with her shriek and her being physically weak, but if forced she will fight with her fire and claws.

Background
History: Revi descends from a powerful phoenix family, but when the eggs were being transferred to the IceWing territory her egg and her sister got lost out in the snow. Doomed never to hatch the eggs laid in wait until an IceWing came by many years later. He sold them to another Icewing who ran an illegal phoenix arena, a place where the creatures there were beaten and forced to fight against each other, then beaten again if they lost. Being rather small though he planned on keeping them as pets rather than fighters, until he thought they'd never hatch. Preparing to feed them to his baby manicore when the heat from his cooking caused them to hatch. They were raised in the abusive arena until the IceWings found out about it and released all of the creatures within, and with the chance at freedom dancing at her claw tips she wanted to leave, but Navi was determined to stay. With the line of freedom or family pulling at her feathers, she decided to stay with her sister, knowing she'd keep her safe from the dragons.
