A start, And a hope (Private : Azucar, Zayira, Angel, Pyrrhus)

The sun began to come over the mountainous horizon of the rouge land. The sky still was a deep blue, scattered with small white clouds here and there. A small orange-ish, lighter blue was in the distance where the sun should come fully up in about an hour or so, shining over the land giving it all the life it desired.

At the base of a mountain one would find a small hole, maybe 2 feet tall and 2 feet wide at most. Inside the hole there was a family, with about 4 members, A mother, A father, And two very, very young children, not even a year old. However this family wasn't the typical dragonic family, it was one of Reptilians. Reptilians in their temporary home, before they could find a place to finally settle down.

Pyrrhus woke up from the small den and walked outside, stretching his legs. Underneath his feet a crunching sound came from the light frost of the night before. He walked around a bit, looking for any possible dangers. Nothing would get in between him and his new family, if it did, reptilians would surely die foreve-

He quickly dismissed the thought.

Walking around a bit and seeing as the only thing here would be birds and whatnot, He went back outside the den, sitting down and watching the morning sun slowly rise up over the mountains.

It was peaceful and tranquil, and the day would hopefully stay like that. Maybe they could rest and stay a day instead of moving all the time. That would be nice.... After all, They really could use a break. It was getting old with the routine of walk and sleep and walk and sleep. Maybe he could even get some playtime with his children if he didn't have to go off places.

Ever since her birth Zayira's reptilian family had been moving. At first she had hated the movement from place to place in this strange new place. However they had been like this for so long that she was getting used to it. Now sometimes it was easier for her to fall asleep being rocked or walked around in her mother or fathers arms.

She was just a baby, barely able to stand and walk. She much preferred to crawl to her parents when they asked for her to come. She was smart though, and quickly learning language. However being less than a year old she could not reproduce the sounds effectively yet. Zayira could only understand limited speech as well, and sometimes she just didn't want to listen when everyone talked.

Right now she was asleep enjoying a nice long nap. Her body wiggled against her brothers while their father went outside to check on their surroundings. One thing about living in Pyrria was that there were dangers all around. Giant creatures bigger than any reptilian or human roamed the lands, and even larger predators lie hidden stalking their prey. Even humans could be a threat, depending on if they were friendly and had experience dealing with reptilians or not.
