Personality: One word that could describe Ruby is... well, a geek. She knows random 'fun' facts that may or may not even matter or are critical and loves to spread out this trivia. Sometimes this makes her come across as an obnoxious know-it-all, but all she really wants to do is hope that one day she may learn something AMAZINN that will help the IceWings. She is actually friendly and tries to help in her own way, but pretty much just ends up **** everyone off. For example, if someone asks, "well, yeah, like, is it too hot out there in the center land to go hunting" and instead of saying "maybe", Ruby will spew out all the weird facts she knows about the sun, temperature changes, etc.. Not everyone will want to know the whole guidebook, I'm quite sure. Despite her obnoxiousness, she will gladly help her friends or random dragons if simply asked, as long as their causes are for good will. She is sometimes oblivious to random details around her, which makes her do stupid or irrational actions. She can't tell the difference between cool and dorky (she thinks she's cool LOL), suspicious or normal, bee or yellowjacket, flower or weed, etc.. However, if she takes her time to observe her surroundings, she can discover many details and fighting advantages just by looking at it. Ruby is also forgetful. Nobody should put Ruby in charge of anything.

General Appearance
Height: 13 ft.
Fur: Fluffy white. Her spine is lined with black (sometimes very dark grey) fur. Her snout has tribal-like markings that's the same color as well.
Eyes: Sky blue, but when she is angry (which is rare, actually) they turn red. This is where she gets her name.
Appearance: Ruby, unlike her siblings, has a draconic appearance. She has large feathered wings and a long tail that fades to black at the tip. Her tail has black flying membranes at the bottom side. Starting from her neck, Ruby has a long white mane that greatly resembles human-like hair. She has grey ears that are similar to a deer, and her snout and paws look wolf-like. Her black horns are long, almost her whole neck length, that are carved a bit to look like they have furry edges. They sometimes resemble the ears of a rabbit.

Skills and Abilities
Strengths: Ruby is good at observing surroundings, creating battle or flight techniques in specific terrains or territories, and can easily detect weaknesses of a dragon depending on how they walk or move around. She is also skilled at making friends with others (if they give her a chance), and can tame wildlife and animals really well.
Special Abilities: Ice breath. She can shoot this 20 ft.. She can only use it once every three posts in the same topic. That's it.
Weaknesses: Ruby gets hot very easily, which makes it easy for her to get dehydrated if she were lost in a desert. She has no protection from fire (other than her ice breath, of course), so her fur can get burned without difficulty. Not having good combat skill, she can stumble over her paws easily. She's not a good fighter all-in-all. She is also easily confused by trick questions, and if she were to be presented with a riddle, she either wouldn't answer or avoid the conversation.
Combat Style: Ruby avoids conflict if possible, but if she ever gets in combat, she'll suck. She hasn't had a lot of practice, so she'll just use her ice breath and try her best to land a hit or two. Which she probably won't. She WILL bite though, if you get a paw or tail near her mouth.
