He is very understanding but has a bad temper at times. He is a bit childish,but can b smart if wanted be.He has the IQ of 145 ,but acts like a totally fool.
Interests: He likes playing in the snow and playing with his mother and father.Pork.
Dislikes: All Icewings but the nice ones.Fruit and Veggies.He hates warm places.

Scales: Icy blue with a tint of white stripes across his back and chest.
Eyes: Dark blue.
Appearance: Small and thin.He has a small scar over his right eye from making one of the icewing gerenals mad. His eyes are blue and his scales a  icy blue with a green tint to them. He has a scar on his left side from falling while flying for his fist time. His wings are light blue with a thin membrane. His wings strtch out 3 or 4 feet away from his body

Special Abilities:Ice Breath.Melting point:100 degrees F since he is a hatching it will be quite weak. His range 20 feet.
Weaknesses: His size and age.He is too trustworthy of other dragons.His family even though he will do anything to protect him it makes him rash and hot tempered.
Combat Style: He uses his claws and ice breath.He may swipe your feet with his tail.

Background
History:Was born into the Icewings but is a huge disappointment as he is at the bottom of the Ranks.
RP Sample: I roleplay with a normal story outline such as: Frost walks into the winter forest bleeding and dizzy."Why did they attack me? What did I do to deserve this?" He falls to the ground and passes out in the cold unforgiving snow.

I know it is fine dude. It is the same bio just I added so much to it I though it would be better just to make a new post altogether.

More added to the description. Should be in the gerenal appearence section. I added to his attacks and strength and weaknesses. I explained his powers a bit more like you needed. And I really thank you for the apporval.

In,y real change needed is that in strengths, need to say how strong he is physically (like how much he can lift or how good he is at fighting) and mentally (how smart he is).

I'd push the part of how he would do anything for his family into personali instead too.
