Sometimes Silent is Violent (All welcome)

The hushed walked quietly through the land, barren dirt squishing underneath her paws. She took in a breath of fresh air, feeling the bright sun kiss the back of her neck and body. Her steps were silent as her ice eyes scanned the ground beneath her. The white mane gently lapped against her neck as small animals scattered about.

A lone bird clung to one of the branches of Relonikiv's horns. It was silent, though it had already let out a few song notes before the dragon chuffed in an order for silence. She continued her path of walking, her facial expression and body posture neutral. Deciding to settle down after walking, the hushed sat onto her haunches. Her body coiled around in a spiral as her head rested atop the loin of her back. Her eyes stayed relaxed, seeming to be glossed over and somewhat possessed.

More songbirds fluttered around her antlers, finding soft places to rest their weak wings from long flights. The hushed let out another chuff, not one to command silence, but one of happiness. It was almost like a purr, yet reptilian-like.

Soul silently lept for tree to tree when she spotted a white- almost glowing white- . She froze and watched the dragon as she sat down. Souls eyes narrowed as she stared down at the she-dragon. Her faded out line and glowing purple eyes weer a blur, this had only lasted a few seconds. She lept down from the trees and landed softly in front of this strangely quiet dragon. "what is your businesses here?" she inquired firmly.

The hushed had peace that was short-lived, for another had come to land in front of her. She looked over her, staring into the sharp purple eyes of the other. Her outline looked faded, Relonikiv could see this dragon was not pleased with her presence. Her question was very firm and straightforward.

She uncoiled her body slowly, not wanting to come off as dangerous or explosive. The tone of the dragon made her a bit nervous, but her expression remained firm. She stood in a neutral stance, songbirds still clinging to her horns as her white main looked rosched for a moment.

She let out a soft chuff in greeting, though she took a step back, She could almost talk, but could feel her conscience hold her back from doing so. She swung her neck to look around the land before her and the other. She motioned to the flora and fauna, her eyes peeking up to watch the birds. The small jade beads softly hit against her neck and horns, the feathers dancing lightly.

If she had spoken, her answer would've been, 'to enjoy the land and animals'.

This place held no marker of being a dragon's territory or home. Relonikiv had every right to be here just as any other in the area. She gave the other the same expression of questioning.

Souls form relaxed and she bowed her head in greeting. Soul sat next to the other dragon,closed her eyes, and perked her ears to listen to the sounds of nature. She quietly hummed to the ever changing sound of nature.

She her wings out and yawned. she curled up her eyes almost closed, she felt safe but with this dragon but kept alert. she wasn't sure if this was some sort of trick to get her while she least expected it, but she highly doughted it. better safe that sorry... she thought

The other dragon seemed to calm down a bit, and she dipped her head in a kind greeting to Hush. She merely returned it, seeing that the dwarf dragon came closer to sit beside.

Her wings outstretched as if they were yawning before being closed again, along with the purple eyes. Relonikiv smiled the tiniest bit, she soon sat down once more and listened to the other hum in tune with the life around them.

Soon the songbirds fled from her horns to their nests, yet one lone blue jay had stuck around. He was nestled tightly within a curve of her antler. The hushed felt a bit flustered not knowing this dragoness' name. She decided to stick out a digit and write out something within the empty dirt.

Slowly, her claw dug within the ground as her neat writing covered the surface. She had written 'name?' She gave off a little chuff to the darker dragon, hopefully catching her attention.

the quiet sound of a a claw through the dirt had brought her to her sense her head snapped up and she tensed but relaxed. soon after she wrote back SOUL in the dirt. she felt completely calm now, and so she climbed into a tree and brought two apples down. She offered the other dragon an apple before writing down WHATS YOUR NAME? in the dirt

Relonikiv quietly watched the other write down her answer instead of being verbal. Soul, a name that seemed to fit this dragon. She looked as if she had a lot of it to share.

Before Relonikiv could ask another question, Soul nimbly leaped towards a tree and settled back down. Within her grasp were two apples, one that was offered to the hushed. Her ears perked up as she dipped her head down in thanks. She then grabbed the apple and crunches it within her jaws.

It was very sweet and crisp, the hushed felt the sweetness of the juice run along her pale tongue. The sound of a claw in the dirt made her ice eyes stare at the ground. Her own name was asked for.

Quietly, she wrote out Relonikiv. Her tail swing around to wipe the dirt of her original question to write a new one. 'Are you a rogue?'

Soul picked a pink primrose and took in its scent. so sweet and soothing... she glanced over and saw a bed of flowers, a mix of roses, daisies, and other various flowers. Her gaze shifted towards Relonikiv's horns an then to a few vines. she stretched out and harvested the flowers and vines.

she braided the vine and put a flower in between the braids every once in a while, when she had finished it was a beautiful ring of vine and flowers. she scooted a little closer and loosely wrapped it around her horns, letting the vine hang while still being secured. she smiled and took a bit out of her apple.

God, this forsaken weather... were the first thoughts that came to Iizusa's mind as she walked through the forest, her breathing slow and steady, a jacket coiled around her. Though the jacket looked to be nice, cozy, and warm, if you put it on, you'd soon find the opposite. Rather, the coat was enticed with ice crystals, as it had been crafted of Iizusa's magic. This was to keep her cool in this gods forsaken hot weather, which she hated.

Iizusa had never been one for overly hot weather, which was why she liked to stay underwater in the sea palace back on those hot days with her father, while all her other siblings would run off and do whatever it was they did back then. Being half ice dragon was tough in these climates. Especially when you were the kind of subspecies she was, which was even more at risk to fire than the average ice dragon.

But how was she wearing a jacket? Well, Iizusa was currently in her human form, that she liked to call Eliza. She was only about five feet tall, and was wearing a thing dress. For some reason dresses seemed to be the only thing female humans wore. It was stupid. Didn't they want to be able to move? Humans were so weird sometimes. Their ways seemed so different from dragons'.

As Iizusa walked through the forest, she heard a snap. Turning in one direction, she saw a wolf in the distance. It howled, and ran off. Cool. This forest certainly seemed full of life. Maybe she'd revert to her reptilian form and hunt something....

Ooc: Sorry for the hold up, got hit with a bunch of work

The eastern woman watched the smaller dragon with soft eyes, sparkling with curiosity. Soul plucked a flower to inhale the beautiful scent before gathering them. The hushed noticed the looks at her antlers, but paid no attention.

She watched as the dwarf dragon braided the vines and flowers together in an elegant form. She had moved a bit forward, and Relonikiv had to push herself to stay still.

She looked up to see a beautiful ring of earth hung onto her antlers. She smiled towards Soul, appreciating the act greatly. Relonikiv turned to the grass beneath them, deciding it was time to repay her.

Her power would drain, no doubt. But what was the damage in needing a bit more sleep? Silently, her mind went to work. Beneath the two, grass began to grow slowly as small sprouts broke free from the cell of dirt. Tiny flowers and blossoms bloomed softly, the hushed had done it.

It took a bit of work, but the flowers' stems and petals grew a bit more. They were filled with bright and fluorescent colors that could catch any dragon's eye.

While the two enjoyed each other's company, the scent of a stranger brought the eastern woman to look about. Her ears fiddled around as the vines and jade beads dangled lightly. She chuffed to Soul, alerting her that someone was near.

The scent was reptilian, but there weren't any loud steps. Relonikiv's uxy eyes looked about, not yet locking into the ever approaching human/dragon.

Her eyes narrowed the tiniest bit, wondering who was coming to disturb the peace.

Soul gazed down at the flowers and lost herself in their beauty. So simple yest complex, painted colors and patterns that are all so unique, so still... yet active A chuff from Relonikiv brought her to her senses she didn't smell anything, why was she alarmed? Wait... There is was! the scent! but who's was it?

She grew tense and her wings opened slightly as she stared into the trees, swing her head slowly as not to miss any detail. wait. What was that? Soul flicked her head over to see a human form.

A human!?! Out here?!? Soul was greatly alarmed and she struggled kl choke back a defensive growl

Kenshin was confused, as a rogue, he knew where he was supposed to go, but as for now, the dragon was very, very confused. The place he seemed to be in was grassy, from there he could tell that he was in some forest, perhaps? The drake shrugged off his confusion, figuring he might as well ask another soul if he happened upon them, if he happened upon them. If not, he would have to wander around yet again searching for a suitable resting place as he had been chased out of his former home by some deer...he thinks.

Kenshin let out a gruff growl, beginning to get a headache from using his brain too much. At least that was the theory he had devised from his headaches whenever he tried to remember something. In the meantime, why not eat something? He was in a forest, quite plentiful with greenery and so, he bit into the trunk of a random tree and upon doing so, a bunch of bugs, worms and creepy crawlies scurried out, but most could not escape the quick flickering of his long tongue, scooping up the creepy crawlies and swallowing them whole, with some bark to follow. Just as he did that, he caught a few scents.

The dragon tilted his head in interest and began to follow the scents, hoping that he could perhaps ask the emitters of the scents where he was precisely.

When Soul detected another sent she let out a small cry of confusion. Where ate all these scents coming from?! she stood up and looked around. She nudged Relonikiv and looked around nervously.

(seeing that Iizusa isn't posting, we'll go ahead and keep this thread moving, if she happens to jump in, we can adjust the order from there!)

another dragon came about, and relonikiv could feel soul nudge her in worry. the dwarf dragon came to stand, and soon hush followed her form. with a loud chuff, she called out to any dragon that was nearby, saying "show yourself".

The last songbird flew from her horns, and almost all became silent. Yet, the sounds were still there, just as background noise. new scents made her nostrils flare as her scales began to rise like hackles on a wolf's back. she flattened her ears a bit, letting her ice eyes wander around to figure out where the new scents where lingering from.

She straightened her body posture, not in dominance, but to show her height. She didn't want to fight, not at all. it was rather used as a bluff, mostly to have her escape any problems that may occur. she gave a hopeful look to soul, silently praying she wouldn't abandon her.

Kenshin chuckled slightly as he came into sight of the two dragonesses. "You didn't even need to ask," he said with a calm, toothy smile revealing some of his teeth. Doing that may have caused him to seem somewhat creepy, but he couldn't care less. The aura around him should do its work after all, calming agitated souls and such.

At least, he knew about his abilities despite always coming off as a rather...aloof character. He looked back at the two, forgetting to blink, thus making it seem as he were staring at the dragons. Of course he wasn't, but he had found himself forgetting that there were other living beings in the forest other than the himself and the two others. Living beings, meaning, he had forgotten completely that there were trees, and as he was moving to the side to sit down, he had ran into the trunk of a tall tree.

"Oh by the way, theirs a tree there." Soul said second after he had run into it. She knew that Relonikiv was naturally quite but the kind of silence before was still, unpredictable silence. she settled back down and yawned. normally she hated the sunlight but this kind of light was soft and welcoming. She stretched out and purred slightly before curling back up. "So, what's your name? I'm Soul, and this," she said gesturing to Relonikiv, "Is Relononikiv."

The drake came closer, only to reveal a toothy grin and peaceful words. Relonikiv felt her body relax a bit as Soul calmed down too. The older dragon came close to relax with them, though it appeared his staring eyes didn't see the tree he ran in. The hushed flinched a bit with a blink of her eyes, hearing the loud 'bonk' noise.

Soul soon introduced both herself and the eastern woman, stretching her wings and curling herself back up. Relonikiv sensed there was no longer any danger, but felt the need to stay alert. In her silence, her eyes flicked to the left, then to the right. Soon, the sound of birds returned as a few hooves thundered along. A herd of deer moved along, a large bull leading them. She watched it with quiet eyes, her eyes moving to his horns. They were alike hers.

She turned her attention back to the older male, soon sticking out a claw to write up a question. It was hard to write in a way that wasn't facing her, but she managed it. "Name?" was written into the dirt.

Kenshin took a couple of seconds to register the tree in front of him and opened his mouth in an 'ah'. He then turned around to see the two dragons staring at him, and he assumed that they had seen him bump into the tree. The old drake then looked at the writing, the dragon by the name of Relonikiv, had written on the ground. With a slight smile, he wrote the word 'Kenshin' in a rather crude writing as he had written it so Relonikiv could see it.

It appeared that everyone here was somewhat wary of each other, yet at the same time, meant no harm. The current atmosphere soothed him, and he found himself feeling quite comfortable with his surroundings.

OOC: Seeing that Soul hasn't posted yet, I want to keep this moving along! Soul, feel free to jump in any time!

Kenshin, the name seemed to fit the man. His writing was a bit hard to read, though the scholar could feel no threat radiate off of him. She yawned, not of tiredness, but of being relaxed. She didn't mind this little group of dragons. Feeling a bit curious about the older drake, Relonikiv's claw wrote out a soft question. She chuffed, hoping to grab his attention to her message. "Are you in a clan?" She wrote down wondering about the origin and home of the man.

He looked like a good aspect to a clan, but was unsure of her thought. Perhaps he was just a demonic dragon with a two-sided personality, or maybe just a loner like her and Soul. Either or, Relonikiv just wanted answers.

Kenshin read the writing on the ground and went deep into thought. With a shrug, he erased the previous writing on the ground with the forefront of his claws and wrote in its place 'I do not remember'. It may have been a lie, but it was also a truth, depending on who had decided to reply with that answer. On one hand, if it was Mahwus who made the decision, it would be a lie. But since it was Kenshin, it was the truth.
The elderly wyvern knew too well that Mahwus, his darker side, made terrible decisions, and he wasn't going to let that any time soon. Then he wrote above the writing, 'How about you?' in order to prevent a dead-end conversation where it would only result in awkward silence. Whether or not that would be a good thing was debatable.
