Personality: Snowflare is sweet but has a quick temper. She tends to be stubborn with a lot of things but is loyal overall. She is a dangerous foe and a deadly fighter. Snowflare may be small, but she is fierce. Snow has a big attitude but cares a lot for others and loves her tribe and tribe-mates. She is intelligent and quick-witted.
Interests: The Snow, dragonets (hatchlings), licking icicles and being in the cold.
Dislikes: Warm temperatures, dragons who mess with her, large crowds and water
Fears: Spiders, heat, drowning, death and being powerless and useless.

General Appearance
Height: she's small... so probably like 36'8"
Scales: Her scales are extremely hard and are a little more rounded than pointed. She has a small layer of fur on her scales as well.
Eyes: Snowflare is gorgeous ice blue eyes.
Appearance: Snowflare is a very pretty dragon with darker blue scales. When in the snow, her scales can lighten just enough to make it so she can blend into the snow. Her tail turns into a cyan blue after it reaches about the middle and continues as a cyan until the tip. Snowflare's wing webbing are the same color of cyan blue as her tail tip, as well as her tongue. Snowflare has a thick layer of fur running down her neck, back and ends just after the base of her tail. This fur is a dull navy blue and is mixed with sharp spikes protruding out of the mane. Her horns are a lighter dull blue color and they spiral up (and sort of to the side) of her head and end in a sharp point. Her chest plate and belly plate a darker cyan blue than her wings and tail but are very close. She has a necklace on her with a small blue crown attached on the end of it.

Skills and Abilities
Strengths: Snowflare is stronger when she is in colder weather. She is also stronger when fighting on the ground opposed to flying.****
Special Abilities: Snowflare has a icy breath that can paralyze whatever part of a dragon it touches for a short amount of time.***
Weaknesses: She is weaker in warmer weather because her icy breathe is only strong when she is in cold temperatures.
Combat Style: Snowflare uses her small body to outwit her opponent. Sometimes she uses her icy breathe but it can also take a lot out of her so she uses it as last resort. She has another type of weapon, her spikes are like icicles and can shoot out of her back at will.

Background
History: In the beginning, Snowflare was the first Icewing queen after the king Iceshard. Soon, she left on a mission with four other dragons and Frostflare took over as queen. Snowflare returned with the dragons but Iceshard had died. She continued to go on as a tracker until she vanished again. Now she has returned.
RP Sample: Snowflare sat in the snow. She felt the soft pellets of the snow settle gently on her head and the almost pillow like softness of the snow sink in the crevices of her claws. She could even feel the coldness of the snow clawing at the bottom of her claws. Snowflare laid down and took in the frosty air that tried to nip at her furry scales. Oh how the snow was beautiful. Snowflare closed her eyes and dozed off in the snow that covered her like a blanket.


Snowflare injured her wings, and cannot fly for long amounts of times since it strains her wings, but she likes fighting on the ground better since she has more vantage points and she's quite a fast runner.

When paralyzed it can last up to one turn for example:
Snowflare uses her icy breathe
Opponent is paralyzed
Snowflare attacks
Opponent can attack

Now since it can't be an unfair advantage, she can only use her breathe two times in a battle but can't cause much damage in an attack afterwards because that means she would be weaker.

So, why/how is she stronger fighting on the ground as opposed to in the air? And how long exactly does her breath paralyze?

That's all fine, you just need to put those explanations in the right category. So put the injury to her wings under weaknesses and how long the paralysis lasts under special abilities. Also, you have a typo: you said her ability can't be an unfair advantage.
