Personality: You could imagine Artemix as one who mirrors his fur colours. His mind is rather colourful. Owning many traits such a bravery, intelligence, stupidity, strength, weakness, mercy, bloodlust, etc, as one would assume from a normal dragon, but one of his traits is special and that is his ability to act like a leader. He has the mind strength and intelligence to act as such, in fact, in his past he has met many individual groups of dragons and has constantly been referred to as the head of them, however he never called himself superior to them or others. He caries a sphere of calmness around him and tries to be as charming with the females as he possibly can, but as every other male he has his moments of cockiness and self-love.
Interests: His interests lie with the world. He travels constantly, socialising and exploring new lands, but even an active dragon as Artemix adores times where he is allowed to rest and dig his head into the next good book. Artemix is also a great battle lover, he would never back down on a fight, not without good reason that is, whether a simple spar or serious combat with an enemy.
Dislikes: Artemix has a strong dislike towards fish, and the Firewing kingdom as it is too hot for him and he rarely enters it without good reason. He is also no friend towards overly confident dragons who believe they can take over the world with just a snip of a finger.
Fears: He fears the creatures within the darkness. Simply said the darkness within others. He is aware that every dragon/creature has their dark sides and meeting one who obviously has constantly dark intentions is no issue, yet dragons whom he watches slowly succumb to it is something that can shatter him. That is because he knew he could have aided them, reassure them and keep them from slowly dying.

General Appearance
Height: 80 feet.
Scales: Fur rather than scales. The fur is long, soft and very colourful.
Eyes: Mixture between yellow/orange and turquoise
Appearance: Artemix is rather tall for his kin and where others are covered in scales he is covered in fur, not that that is a great weakness as his skin is four times the thickness of usual skin and has a single layer of leather like skin in-between. His fur varies along a great range of colours. He is mainly turquoise along the top of his head down his spine, followed by red/orange, small amount of yellow, and green. His underside reveals the same except for several dark red striped along his wings. He has two large horns upon his head and five ever smaller growing spikes from his horns to his eyes and a single small horn on his nose. One might say he is rather appealing in  appearance. He wears a constant straight posture and his smile can often cause feelings of amenity.

Skills and Abilities
Strengths: Artemix is good in leading others, as he can create feeling of comfort and calmness or ease feeling of distress and anger through carefully chosen words and actions, not only does these grant him these abilities but it can also enable him to trick others as he has knowledge on how to play with words to confuse others. In moments of physical combat Artemix resembles more of a cat with it’s rapid reflexes, and quick thought process.
Special Abilities: Like others of his kin, Artemix is a strong light influenced dragon. He has several abilities:
NORTH LIGHT MANIPULATION/CREATION
In nights where the moon shines the brightest he can absorb the moonlight,mix it with the color of his fur and then spread it among the sky like paint on a blank canvas, appearing in the sky like the north light. These north lights do not extend over the whole country, but only in small areas of the sky, an example he could at maximum create a north light that spreads just to the edges of the palace grounds and the village around. In addition, until the first light of the rising sun, Artemix is able make the North light move to his command by using hand or tail gestures creating images of animals, plants, objects, other dragons or write messages into the sky. This ability is only available in nights of the full moon and only after the suns last light and its first, this has no influence on strength, speed and does not aid him in  combat, except maybe distract the opponent.

SHIELD OF LIGHT
Artemix can create a bubble of light around him for several seconds or a strong concentrated light shield. He does this through strong concentration and this last several seconds. The bubble can last up to one to two minutes, depending on the strength of influence upon the bubble, it can shield Artemix of a few strong blows of anything hard however it can be pierced by sharp objects eg. a spear. Objects with a larger surface area have a harder time destroying it, it also shields him from elements such as fire and water for the one to two minutes if they are short waves or blows, however if they continuously work on the bubble survives a much shorter time depending of the amount of strength the element has on the bubble. The earth does not count as one of these elements. The other small concentrated shield can last up to thirty seconds maximum, under full concentration, and when disappearing, emits a sudden, very bright beam of light that can blind the opponent for several seconds, enough for him to act. Both shields will cause Artemix to get an excruciating headache and sudden loss of energy. Artemix may only use this ability once every thirty minutes.

OMNIDIRECTIONAL LIGHT WAVES
This ability is the very last resort for Artemix. He rarely to never uses it, because of its strength and impact on him and his environment. This ability is very similar to the original Lightwing ability, however it requires time to build up such a grand amount of light (up to 10 seconds if not more).When ready the light emits from his body, presented as a sudden, very bright and high concentrated explosive wave of light that flows out of him into every direction for several metres which can cause severe burns and other injuries on dragons depending on the distance from him, e.g. temporary blindness. Now here come the cons of this ability. Artemix may fall into unconsciousness afterwards and is then unable to use this ability for another whole week, neither can he use any other abilities during this time, except the north light manipulation/creation. He is greatly weakened for a maximum of three weeks and he might injure allies unintentional.

OK, lets see:
He is very sensitive to fire having quite the inflammable fur, this does not mean that if he gets in contact with fire he will light up like a bonfire, but that if he is in contact with fire for several seconds the fur touching it can slowly start burning.
Most of the special abilities listed above can cause unconsciousness, great loss of energy, in few cases near death moments, and several days state of being weak and excruciating headaches. So, easy said a quick and easy target.
He also has horrible sight within the darkness, or at night. Where others could still see few things he would be blind, in moments like these he would have to depend on his other senses which could enable others to trick him with sounds and scents.
Great amounts of water can block his special abilities. If he were in the ocean he could use neither of his abilities, however on land the intensity of his powers depends on the amount of water surrounding him.

Combat Style: Quite straightforward. He does not fear being in straight physical combat with his catlike reflexes, where he prefers duck dodge and examine, then attack weak spots.

Dislikes:
I consider rude and overconfident dragons pretty similar. Try to add one additional dislike.

Special Abilities:
Northern Lights: Add limits to this. Like, can he make small bend in light? Or literally light up the continent (which is not allowed). I suggest making it just a small section of the sky.
Shield of Light:
[*]Define the strength of this bubble. What does it do? How hard is it to break?
[*]You said it could last 1-2 minutes, then said it can last a max of 30 seconds under full concentration?
[*]Please explain how they get headaches after the shield breaks. Does this include yourself?
Omnidirectional Light Waves:
While the idea is a good one, way to overpowered. This needs to be nerfed down, as you cannot just go 'pop', everything around me died except full grown dragons. Maybe make it a light energy wave that burns from high concentration.

Overall, looks very good and just needs minor tweaks.
