Ok, firstly, please separate and explain each ability individually. And you may not pass through solid rock. You are a hybrid of three different tribes. I'm not even sure if a pureblooded earthwing could phase through walls.

Weakness's:
": If she is exposed in any way to 1,070 °C, her golden scales will melt, exposing barren flesh. If her scales melt, she will gain strength and speed,"
Ok, being weak to fire is ok, but becoming faster and stronger is NOT a weakness. This actually voids the weakness overall, meaning if she is burned, she gets stronger and faster. Not a weakness.
"She will then enter an involuntary, excruciating, twelve hour slumber, as her body reconfigures the atomic structure of each individual atom of everything she ate into more golden scales, teeth, and claws."
What the heck is this? This was not listed in abilities. You cannot reconfigure your own body in a deep sleep. This power would be denied alone for being too op, especially for a hybrid.
Overall. There are no weaknesses listed here, just more abilities.

Ravenous hunger:
Why is this not in strengths and abilities?
"Dior's skin in extremely stretchy (Particularly in the stomach area) and will expand to accommodate any amount of food that is eaten."
Put this in strengths. Stretchy skin that can expand needs to be a strength.

Ooooookay. So lets overview. You have no weaknesses, too many abilities, and OP abilities. You need to cut out most of those abilities and weaken them, especially as you are a hybrid. Add more weaknesses too.

This needs to go in abilities. And I am pretty sure you could not smell a lie, just like you cannot smell an idea.

Strength:
You are saying you weigh 450 tons. That is still way too much. The biggest elephant in the world weighs on average of 8 tons. Use this as a good starting point to think of an acceptable mass.
Secondly, having PURE gold as scales is unpractical. Gold is very malleable and not very sturdy for armor.

Special Abilities:

So you just make pretty lights? Explain this more

What good is this ability? How does this work? Explain.

I have spoken to the head admin for help in grading this, and was just notified that scales/teeth/claws made out of metal are not allowed. Sorry.

Strengths:

No. Too overpowered. Limit this.

Special Abilities:
Light Breath Option Two: Give limits to this ability
Light Breath Option Three: No. You cannot have something that travels indefinitely. Its way overpowered, especially for a hybrid.
Crystals:
"She could also find crystals such as Neltharion's explosive ones. Any other crystal will have prismatic or reflective qualities."
I am going to have to deny this bit. As Nelth's app is still in the works, I cannot allow you to steal his ability, as his explosive crystals will need to have more than just "oh look a crystal, it explodes".

Just an FYI, this is fine to leave as it, just note that you cannot kill anther character without their permission.

This is not a weakness. Every dragon is like that with the exception of a few. This is like saying a knight is really strong, but when his armor is off, he is weak.
" If Dior is to use option two for her light breath (Listed below) she will have to charge up the breath before each time she exhales, holding her breath for longer times in order to put more energy into it. If Dior uses option 3 for her light breath (Listed below) she may NOT use it against other dragons and may only use it for cutting the following; NPCs under my own control and environment."
This is not a weakness and belongs in the abilities area. Also, you cannot have abilities that affect only NPC's under your control. That is powerplaying to make your character look good.

There are no weakness's here, please make some, especially considering your powers.

Special Abilities:
Light Breath Option 2: I still see no real limits on this. Give parameters for this ability. And remember, you are not pure LW.
Option 3: Again, what are the limits, how strong, ect. Need parameters.
