Personality: Rhaegos is a firm believer in actions speak louder than words. He will rarely speak unless he believes it to be something worth speaking about. Rhaegos is also extremely proud. Most insults would be considered a challenge to him. Either he'd personally attack the offending dragon or set out to outdo said dragon. His most prominent trait however would have to be his greed. More so than most creatures he considers material wealth and possessions to be a sign of status and superiority over other beings. Anyone who he believes out ranks him in this he thinks of as a rival and Rhaegos would most likely attempt to gather enough treasure until he is satisfied. One of his weakest points would have to be his rage. Despite his practical silence it is almost too easy to infuriate him. Sadly he usually takes his anger out on humans rather than fellow dragons.
Interests: His goal in life is to prove his superiority to his fellow dragons. Be it by having the most treasure or having defeated the most foes it doesn't matter. Rhaegos also finds a sadistic pleasure in tormenting humans. Humans to his eyes are ungrateful vermin and deserve to be wiped off the map. Another of his interests would be basking in his wealth or his self imposed glory. Actually that would be how he spends most of his time.
Dislikes: Rhaegos hates humans with a passion. He considers killing them to be some form of twisted sport. Also he absolutely despises it when he is confronted by a higher ranking dragon or one who is obviously superior to him. It's considered to be an affront to his very being. Rhaegos also dislikes leaving his cavernous home. Leaving his possessions exposed like that makes him nervous and paranoid.
Fears: Finding a dragon simply better than him. Of course he highly doubts that such a dragon exists. Other than the gods of course. Another fear of his would have to be the thought of someone stealing his belongings. That fear by itself is what keeps him sleeping with one eye open at night.

General Appearance
Height: 25 meters tall. 41 meters long from head to tail.
Scales: A deep crimson. The scales overlap on top of each other to create a very effective natural armor. Against humans and dragons.
Eyes: Yellow.
Appearance: Long, and serpent like. He has horns curving back towards his wings and he smells of smoke and sulfur. Rhaegos red hide is very reflective and can be seen from a long distance away.

Skills and Abilities
Strengths: Rhaegos uses his brute strength as his go to ability. In extreme situations however he can be surprisingly cunning when the need arises. Rhaegos is also not one to shirk away from a fight. With his illusion magic he can distract his enemies.
Special Abilities: He has the ability to gauge somethings monetary value simply by glancing at it. Rhaegos is also proficient at illusion magic. However using this ability over extended periods of time can weaken him. To replenish his magical strength he needs to recuperate somewhere volcanic. It takes roughly two hours for it to completely recuperate. The biggest illusion he could make while not in combat would be twice his size though an illusion of this size drains away his energy at a ridiculous rate.
Weaknesses: His two main weaknesses would have to be his rage and pride. These two factors made it trivial to manipulating him into making a mistake. Simply insult his pride and then his rage will completely take over his mind and all thought of tactics fly right out of his head making him little more than a animal. During battle his illusion magic can take away his focus and even then his magic would be greatly reduced because of the conflict. His illusions during combat would lack in quality and size and at the most he could make himself seem more hurt than he is or making something small but annoying to distract his opponents.
Combat Style: When he encounters a potential enemy he makes a snap decision on the spot if he should attack or stay peaceful. Because of these snap decisions he plans out all his tactics and fighting techniques before hand. He may even spend time going through these tactics in his mind before leaving his home. Once in combat he just picks one of his already thought out plans depending on the situation.

History: If one were to ask about his history he would most likely say something rude and fly off.
RP Sample: Humans are annoying. Especially when they refuse to stop screaming. The squirming bugger absolutely refuses to be chewed. Even though he was so thoroughly beaten. When one was beaten it is best that they come to terms with it and allow the victor to eat you. At least that's what Rhaegos thinks of it. Finally getting sick of it Rhaegos puffed a bit of fire into his mouth. Once his meal stopped moving he swallowed. Looking around his lair with pride he easily recounted his many collected treasures. Speaking of which he is pretty sure he could hear the sound of a caravan outside. Tiredly Rhaegos makes his way outside a large opening in a craggy hill and flew in the direction of the caravan. Living on the border of human territory was very profitable. Surveying the land below it wasn't long til he spotted a sizable line of humans surrounding a few wagons. Without hesitation Rhaegos dove towards the second meal of the day.

While not in a combat situation he can use his illusion magic longer and with a better effect. An example of this is he could make the illusion and a second dragon or a dragon larger than him. During battle his attention would be otherwise preoccupied and he would only be able to do small things to distract his opponent like an illusionary bird flying in their faces or the like. IN combat he could use small tricks like this for about 40 minutes. It would take about 2 hours for his energy to regenerate.
