Personality: People say that Diacalor has a heart of gold, but he refers to it as a heart of Iron. Diacalor is often seen helping those in need, but claims it was just convenient. (Hint; It was just convenient) When in the forge, he is at peace, but he may lash out at anyone who disrupts his work. He does not seek popularity from his peers, he just gets his job done. He is quick to humble himself, but quicker to defend himself from those who seek to look down upon him, often with tooth and claw.
Interests: It varies depending on his level of boredom. He may start picking fights with other dragons, or create a work of art in his forge. Many times he has augmented himself -under the watchful eye of a skilled healer, of course- to add a physical trait or new ability. Once, out of excruciating boredom, he gave himself the front legs of a dragon, but they were removed due to him not being able to walk properly.
Dislikes: There is only one fate worse than death. Boredom. Although he hasn't gotten bored enough to carry out such a sentence. Probably because being dead is boring.
Fears: Diacalor fears death, but who doesn't?

General Appearance
Height: 115 feet
Scales: The scales themselves are blackened with soot, but more often than not someone can be seen trying to see what people claim to be a blood red. There's even rumors that the scales are made from iron, and he uses them in his forge.
Eyes: As red as every kind of red there is.
Appearance: Two legs, two winged arms, and spines running down his back. Iron armor is worn during battles and a leather tool belt is ever-present around his waist, including sheaths for swords.

Skills and Abilities
Strengths: Diacalor is strong enough to lift as much as 108,000 pounds, and can stand on his hind legs with up to 6,000 pounds (A boulder roughly his own size.). He is also exceptionally clever, but how clever has never been tested.
Special Abilities: Fire breath, standing on back legs while wielding swords, and having a limited capacity to pick up other people's thoughts. This is a passive ability that will only work when He's calm and collected. He also dabbles in fire-based magic such as heat resistance.
Weaknesses: His back legs aren't that strong, and are only stood upon to allow Diacalor to use his swords, work at his forge, or throw something. Diacalor cannot use his mind reading thoughts during combat, as he is focused on fighting, nor does he care what his opponent thinks. This power also weakens when distracted or affected by a strong emotion such as hate or fear. Diacalor might be able to hold 108,000 pounds, but he can't move and can only hold it for four and a half minutes.
Combat Style: Mostly with his mind, preferring psychological warfare and guerrilla tactics to brute strength, and will often surprise an enemy with his swords if all else fails.

With a heavy sigh, Diacalor dropped his heavy load. Thirteen hundred pounds of gold, eight hundred pounds of silver, and nine thousand pounds of iron now lay on the floor of his forge. Inhaling, Diacalor turned to the stone furnace and breathed fire into it, instantly becoming hot enough to almost melt rock.

"I should rebuild my furnace tomorrow, seeing as it's become warped."

Diacalor rapped on the side of his head, a handmade third eyelid closing over his regular eyes. The glass was enchanted to withstand the heat of a forge, and had charms to prevent soot from sticking to it. He dumped the silver into a similarly protected bucket and waited for the precious material to melt.

Diacalor touched the scars on his midriff, which were a byproduct of when he decided to add a pair of legs.

"Never again." He said to himself, "At least not with appendages."

Diacalor pulled off a scale and burned the soot away with his breath, admiring the beautiful colors that only he got to see, wondering how long it's been since he started at the forge. He reminisced about the past for the rest of his evening, occasionally pouring melted metal into ingot molds and adding more ore to the hopper.

So there's just a couple things. I don't know that he would be able to lift 1,300,000Ibs, especially with his size. So maybe make him bigger or reduce that amount. Also, could you go into more detail about your ability to pick up on other's thoughts? What/how much can you pick up on and could this ability be used in combat? Plus you'll need to add some weaknesses to that ability.

Being able to lift 1.3M pounds is far too much and overpowering. I would prefer that you guve an example of an object weighing around that amount for simplicity sake.

Even if you have limited capacity for thoughts, you will still need to be specific. This is far too vague and can be used to power mod your way through fights. Even if you claim to be too concentrated in fights, there are still moments where you can slip in a thought or two.

Diacalor is strong because he's a blacksmith. He's been carrying heavy metal for at least 180 years. He uses brain before brawn, and he can only use his mind reading if there's an actual thought to be read. People don't usually do that in fights, and if a thought slips in during battle, I ignore it to stay with the character's personality. He doesn't care what his opponent is thinking, he just wants to be free of boredom.

Being able to lift something 10 times the weight of Cossy???

The 6,000 pounds I would accept, but being able to lift something almost 5000x his mass is too overpowered, even for a Vulcan. I would consider lowering it to an appropriate amount.

Im going to have to DECLINE this.

The agreement was that Diacalor can only lift that much and not weighed as so, but as per your discussion with Occy, you wanted your dragon to now weigh 450tonnes. Its then clear that you still have that sort of idea, and thus cannot be accepted.

Please note you are only 115feet tall and your weight per volume (density) will become so huge that your bones and muscles will break right under your own weight.

But as we discussed much earlier before, and as is listed in the Augmentations section, Diacalor has a reinforced skeleton that will help Diacalor hold a Maximum of 1,000,000 pounds for a maximum of 3 minutes. Also, leave Dior out of this. She's not that fat

Even with reinforced bones, theres no way a 115ft dragon can lift 1mil pounds at all. This isnt related to the discussion with Dior, but a staff have pointed out the impracticality of such a feat. The issue is not because of the height, but rather just how much muscle mass you needed just to do it.

Even with reinforced skeleton, he is also burdened by the immensely heavy weight of the required muscles unfortunately on top of a 1mil pound. Overall, Im sorry to say its not possible.
