Personality: (Purity, or “Spirit," is a pure soul and a virgin.  She usually has a quiet and timid nature on the inside, but acts extremely enthusiastic and extroverted in smaller groups and in one on one conversations.  Most people and dragons are born with traits that reflect their natal chart; however, Spirit on the other hand was formed in the void of nothingness.  Instead of having a natal chart, her traits are determined by the stars of the moment.  Because she is an etheric dragon, she can enter the spirit world and astral project at will.  She is the bridge between the two realms and the captain of the spirit world, and can occupy both dimensions at once. (will mention spirit world in ideas section) The planetary alignment of the moment is her personality.  Her personality can vary greatly from month to month, or year to year, depending on the sky.  It can also change to the setting, if the climate is a hot volcano, she can seem red and fiery in appearance as well as have a temperament.  Often her personality is contradicting because of this, for an example.  As mentioned above usually she will be very timid and shy; though sometimes she will be very bold and show great courage.  As her middle name implies, however, is her mischievous nature as a jester.  She likes playing pranks on pretty much everyone.  She risks herself in daring adventures or scary situations.

Fears: (This dragon fears other dragons who are larger than her, and meteorites.  Intuitive and shy, she feels like she’s always the underdog, but never really realizes how powerful she is.)

Spirit is always slender.  Her wings are draped on the ground when she walks.  She changes form, sometimes at will, but usually lets change happen as time passes.  She fancies a halo around her head

Appearance: (Her color and shape depends completely on what she is in the moment, except that she can change color and form when using a saved personality.  When she speaks, it ranges from sounding like the voice of a chorus of a thousand angels to sounding like a chirp of a tiny bird.  Her roar is elegant and graceful, but explosive.  )

Special Abilities: Ability: Ether Body, most physical moves pass through her transparent, etheric body, must use non-physical attacks.  When she blows fire, it’s purple and bolts of lightning strike from her teeth. She's a creative psychic, known for her movement through space at supersonic speeds, invisibility, telepathy (to mess with the head of the opponent, including subliminal suggestions), counter mirroring.
Weaknesses: Chart of the moment can prove to give very weak characteristics, (read personality )can’t fight physically, when pulsing her invisibility is given away slightly, if a physical move somehow hits.  While 'pulsing', the effects of nonphysical attacks are amplified ten fold.  
Combat Style: The opening move is usually inducing a disruption of the ether. By pulsing her pineal gland, Spirit of the Ether effortlessly emits omnidirectional waves that can fatigue and slightly paralyze the opponent; and, is often constant through the whole battle.  With this ability she can choose many different ability nullifying effects, including freezing the opponent in place temporarily, inducing confusion, inducing extreme fear, poisoning and poisoning of the air making it difficult to breathe (if the scorpio emblem is on her forehead.), She can project copies of herself. Because she is a shapeshifter, she will often turn invisible using her chromatophores and photophores to bend light, then reappear to save energy and strike.  Emitting these waves while invisible can give away where she is located, the cloak is disrupted, and one can see a warped like transparent figure.  Spirit is anything but a physical fighter.  She always chooses her psychic abilities at first before resorting to fire breath or lightning.  

Background
History: (Legend says in the dawn of time there was nothing.  For many years, this realm of nothingness remained, until a quasar ripped the fabric of the universe into the dimension of no dimension, expanding it to relative time and space.  Here energy flowed from the realm of everything into the realm of nothing creating an etheric ocean there.  The ocean, by means of gravity slowly over time, came together and formed the beautiful dragon,  ”Spirit.”  The quasar left a super massive black hole by the time Purity was formed.  The black hole via gravity pulled her in and spat her out where she was greeted by stars, light, consciousness and her first home planet.  She fell from the sky, landing on a rainy plateau.  The landing was hard, and knocked her unconscious for a week.  When she awoke, it was there she found a cavern she called home.
RP Sample: (The sun had blackened, and the crimson moon stood still for three and a half weeks.  Purity laid peacefully on the barren spirit world cloaked in hues of burgundy and silver as she watched the planet fluctuate.  She loved it there, she thought it was beautiful and peaceful.  In fact, it was her favorite place to be!  

Suddenly a meteor penetrated the atmosphere making a powerful crashing noise and an extremely bright white flash, like an atomic bomb. The rock plummeted from the sky leaving a bright white and yellow trail behind it. She watched from a distance on a canyon, petrified at its mass.  Feeling bold and courageous, Purity slowly leaned up, then crawled her hands forward to stretch.  She then got up and flew towards the scene where she was greeted by a...

“Indeed,” replied the twin, telepathically.  Purity was speechless and shocked...

The fact she is ethereal and can't really be hit with phsyical attacks means only those with psychic abilities could fight her. Also, hypnosis is not allowed. You'll have to change this character.

It's far too specific that you rely on the star charts to determine her strengths and weaknesses, and it's incredibly vague as well that anything can happen. As such, I would prefer you stick with a specific strength and a specific weakness rather than randomising it every day (it will also be too tedious for yourself and other RPers as well).

Some dragons are purely physical attacks only, meaning they have absolutely no chance of ever hitting her. Because of this, I'm going to have to ask you to include a limitation that's preventing her from using Ether Body like forever and every single day. Does it drain her energy? If so, how much before she needs to rest? How long does she need to rest?

Hypnosis is banned.

"Supersonic speeds" is overpowered and is normally reserved for Skywings being the fastest species of dragons. Unless Spirit is part Skywing, you will have to remove this to normal speeds.

Clairvoyance (I'm assuming allows you to detect anyone) and possession are also banned. Clairvoyance is reserved for gods only, but possession is absolutely banned regardless, in that you cannot just simply control other user's characters against their will.

You will need to reword telepathy, as it can also mean you can read other dragon's minds or throw them all over the battlefield using only your mind (in this case it's overpowered and again, reserved for gods). Using subliminal  suggestion is not really an ability, but a Skill/Hobby of Spirit. I think its better to put it there, especially since Spirit is not even using any magic to do that.

You need to explain what "Counter Mirroring" is, as it is too vague. If this means being able to copy another dragon's abilities to 'mirror' their attack and therefore block their abilities, then this is overpowered and will require considerable weaknesses and limitations if its to be passed. Every dragon character is unique, both in the moveset they have as well as how they train and fight. Being able to copy it to perfection can be considered unfair as well as overpowering.

You will need to modify your weaknesses with the nerfs and bans I have stated above. Considering how Spirit can do all of this, you will need lost more weaknesses that are specific to herself and not just a requirement of other dragons to have (e.g. She can't just have a weakness to lightning, as not all dragons have lightning abilities).

All I see is that you moved the word 'hypnosis' somewhere else in your Special Abilities category.

When I said hypnosis is 'banned', I meant you can't have that for your dragon. Period.
