newbie!

Hello all!

I used to roleplay quite extensively in the past, but then I kind of abandoned it and many many years went by and I realized how much I missed writing and rp. I figured this would be a fun way to get back into writing again.

The only rps I've ever done were exclusively with friends from school, where we discussed the who/what/when/where questions of beginning a thread before delving into rp, so I'm a little confused as to what to do now? Do I just make my own thread and hope someone replies or just drop in on some existing thread?

Hey! Welcome to the site!

Either works. You can make a Private RP with someone who agrees and discuss it a a little beforehand, or just make a new one and let it happen. Or just hop in. Any option works, we're pretty loose and happy here. So whatever you want, go ahead!
