Gifts from Hell, Brought to you by the Fleshies (Rylatha)

Depending on where you are you may have heard the warning. "An army of humans are in our borders!" Was the warning some heard, but it was too late. Only a few minuets after the attack began. Weather you were ordering armor from a Vulcan, hunting nearby, or just chatting at your friend's den, the screams quickly began and could be heard through out the EarthWings territory. Large thick black clouds rose in the sky stinking of fire. The wind was eerily still and the sun shone brightly illuminating the chaos below.

Those who seek to take refuge in the sky were quickly shot down by a shower of ballista bolts, nets, arrows, and flaming rocks, but not before they saw the giant army of humans advancing with their wooden machines and thousand warriors destroying their homes and fellow dragons. The once earthy ground was quickly soaked in red. The scene was straight out of vivid nightmare.

Some tried to fight back protecting their family's while they fled. Some of the more arrogant dragons tried simply stepping on them but quickly were sent hobbling away on 3 legs as hundreds of metal poles stuck out of their 4th foot and dripping with blood. Others used acid which worked to greater effect but no matter the tactic the humans were too numerous in number and their seige weapons pounded everything into submission.

Rylatha's first instinct of attack was to summon her mutated creatures. But not now. Not yet. She had to see how many there were, what they were weilding, and the best way to defeat them. She hadn't had much guardian training, but she knew she must try despite her lack of experience.
She launched off of the peak of her mountain and spread her wings. She hadn't gone a mile before she felt a net close in around her, and the cries of petty humans. Rylatha was brought to the ground with a deafening crash, and humans crowded around her.
Hunter becomes prey.
As spears pierced her ribs and swords slashed at her legs, Rylatha began to believe that it was too soon for her to retreat into battle. But then... if it was help her Tribe needed, it was help they would get. And she began to know that hope was not lost.
The Goddess whistled a tune to summon her Great Eagles, and the humans stopped in their tracks and stared at her. Rylatha assumed they never heard a dragon whistle before.
Great eagles, a little smaller than SkyWings, swooped out of the sky, talons stretched out to the humans with ear-splitting screeches. The eagles picked them up as if they were dolls, climbed to great heights on wings, and dropped them. Rylatha could hear the humans' bones snap.
Rylatha stopped struggling and began to mutate. Her bones grinded. Her muscles shifted. She turned to her monstrous self: a balrog-like creature.
She stood to her feet, the ropes around her snapping at her force. She looked down at the humans in disdain. She lunged forward with a roar.
"Feel the bite of my claws!" she howled as she picked up a human in her claws and tossed it as if it were only a feeble squirrel. She attacked the next by simply thwacking it off with her tail.
She fought like this for what seemed like hours. But in the end, when the last of the humans were running out of her sight, she knew that she only demolished a fraction. The reek of humans were still lingering about. And she escaped with nasty wounds. Gashes were on her legs. Punctures have been inserted into her ribs. But in her balrog form, the pain ebbed away a bit. As she mutated back to her normal form, the pain returned as quick as it came, but it was barely enough to keep her standing.
She spun around as she heard human screaming in the bushes. Rylatha raised an eyebrow as one of them was picked out carefully by a Great Eagle. The eagle was just about to tear it apart with its beak, but Rylatha stopped him by speaking in its language:
"No. We take this one to the mountain."
Rylatha opened her ears to hear what the human was yelping. It was saying, "No! Don't! Please, I have a son! And a wife! And a disabled niece! Please, don't do this to me."
Rylatha growled at his patheticness, yet felt a little sorry. But that didn't stop her from growling in the human tongue, "You're staying with us for now."

Welp since your taking the human to a secluded place I think this about wraps up the first phase. I'll let you know when the second one comes around.
