Personality:  He thought himself so weak he took a hiatus. He gathered himself up. He is now protective of every innocent person. He won't let anything happen to them. He is slight psychotic. And has some symptoms of depersonalization-derealization disorder. He is collected at all times, calm but still stupid. He is tries to think out situations but never really does. He may be 36, but he is mentally at least 100.
Fears:  Being burned alive, being rejected by his friends, being shrunk.
Strengths: Immense physical strength, complete control over water
Weaknesses: He has dependent personality disorder
Has ADHD
Too protective of his family
If he is in smoke for longer than four posts he starts to choke
If he has no contact with water for more than a week he cannot use his water powers
Cannot control water for more than 10 posts
Is extremely susceptible to lightning and electricity
Is mildly susceptible to fire ice and metal

Scales: Blue crocodile-like scales with small black streaks

Appearance: He has very defined muscles, he is very lean. He has two straight horns like a unicorns. He has a tail, which has no natural weapons. He is blue. His claws are stained red with blood. He has 2 wings and four legs. Each are long. He wears armor over his body. The main parts of this armor are on the shoulders, head, legs, wings, and stomach. The armor is made out of light iron.

Combat Style: Out of water, Guryon fights cautiously. Always on the defensive, getting a few good hits in, but always making sure he stays safe. In water he fights like a shark/crocodile hybrid.

Background
History: Guryon has lived a pretty normal life. Except for being an orphan. He never knew his parents because to them he was an abomination. He lived in the wild unowned lands until he was 8. Eventually, he found a beach leading to the ocean. He liked the feel of the water and he went in and never came back out. He traveled the ocean and eventually found the Seawings. He joined the Seawings at 12 and lived with them ever since.

Looking at your powers your more OP than I was XD, since your more about water now I would say remove the fire elements and only have like that hes resistant to fire. Also he won't have complete control over water as Ark would over power him. (If they ever got into a fight) also I wouldn't have that he can just create water, as this would be too strong which basically creates water armor infinitely. Finally about the disasters with water I would remove as this would happen anyways.

oh and maybe talk about the personality a bit more, i.e where his loyalties lie, maybe talk about Ark in someway since they would be connected.
