Personality: shes a very cold dragon and a even colder heart. she tends to lash out at any dragon in her nest or even close to her for personal reasoning. but if you can chip away the ice compacted around her heart shes very loyal to the one. but shes so fickle because she cant speak what she wants. normally she sounds like shes cooing when shes in a normal mood.  but when in a fit of rage she sounds like  some one screaming in pain.
Interests: creating ice around her nest. collecting soft silks made by humans often cause her to  barter with some of the more peaceful people, these are the ones with an odd habit of putting feathers in there hair. she finds her self watching humans more then dragons. the people she watches think she is some kind of god. she does not mind hatchling often finding seawing hatchings she makes a small ice object and watched them attack the ice.

Dislikes: dragons who attempt to attack the people she watches.  lava pools.  warm water.
Fears: seeing the village destroyed.

Scales: normaly soft fragile scales coat her body that are pure white. but she with coat her body with thick layers of ice to act as a style of armor.
Eyes: teal
Appearance: the image but her wings are ripped and coated with holes making her look like a skeleton ghost dragon in a calm night.

Skills and Abilities
Strengths: While she is able to swim like a seawing. she has a naturally low body temperature that allows her to in a way glue chunks of ice to her body and keeps it from melting in average climates. she can over time create a thick ice armor that builds up around her body if she can find a source of water to  coat her body with slowly.
Special Abilities: Is able to spit liquid nitrogen and in rare cases liquid hydrogen. causes instant freezing to any living flesh besides hers. while it freezes the surface skin the rapid cooling causes the scales and skin to rip and crack causing massive bleeding. she has 15 gallons stored in sacks along her neck.  normally she can do it in 3 bursts of 5 gallons each. its takes her about a week to gather 2.5 gallons.

Weaknesses: prolonged exposure to high temperatures cause her body to blister and melt the ice build up off her body leaving her frail body exposed.

 Combat Style: often waits for the right moment to spit her liquid nitrogen in to the opposing dragons mouth to cause there brain to freeze to put them in to a cryo sleep. she tends to coat he claws in liquid nitrogen and cuts her opponents key spots on their body to make sure they cant flee or attack back. most often going for natural weaknesses of any body.

Background
History: upon reaching a matured age taycee was assaulted by a ice dragon who dragged her to a pit, tore her wings so they where nothing more but rags of membrane for flight. this pain caused her to loose her voice, and when she learned her talent of cryo breath. able to spit liquid nitrogen she climbed out of the pit by mixing it with her spit. she slowly grew a cold heart having had this happen to her she spent weeks covering her frail body with thick ice to coat her body with a natural armor.  after killing the dragon who tore her wings apart she  left taking his heart and  froze it in crystal clear ice which she kept with her for years.
