Shiningwater, Goddess of Emotion

Alias: Shine, Goddess of Emotion

Gender: Female
Personality: Shine is one of the more social Full Gods, and-respecting their-rules doesn't appear to others often, she will do it a fair bit more than the other gods due to her helpful and kind nature. Because of her powers, she tends to radiate a kind aura that can mildly affect the emotions of the dragons around her, but nowhere near the extent that her powers can. When she's not around other dragons, she'll spend her time wandering the tribe lands and familiarizing herself with the area, or managing to end up in a crowd of animals that her aura seems to draw them near her. She's pretty sure this is because her calm aura allows her to seem as though she won't hurt them. She has incredible patience, and is kind to all. For her to loose her temper is incredibly rare, but a scary sight to see, considering she is a god. On those rare occasions, her anger won't last long, but that time is scary enough. She is especially kind to hatchlings and younger dragons, but everyone has her care and compassion, and to loose it is nearly impossible. Even after she realized she was a full god, she still has her CatFish-Corry-with her at all times, though he's still an ordinary Catfish, and he has yet to care about her changes.
Interests: Wander, Corry, interact with other dragons-despite her higher status-, help dragons, water, animals. And cake. Still cake.
Dislikes: Negativity, loosing her temper, other dragons fearing her.
Fears: Loosing the ones she loves. This fear has been heightened since she realized her full status, as she is aware that she will outlive most around her unless she wishes, and fears that day more than anything.

General Appearance
Height: 30 ft at shoulder
Scales: Mostly dark blue, sky blue stripes, and a pale blue underbelly.
Eyes: Brilliant Green
Appearance: Shine is dark blue for the most part, with sky blue stripes and a powdery blue underbelly. She has a fin on either side of her head, the one on the left has a tear in it from a previous encounter with her sister. Her tail is long and thin, and tipped with a large fin for powerful swimming. She has three toes on each webbed foot, as well as a thumb on both forefeet. She wears two necklaces, one a shell strung on kelp that she's had for as long as she can remember, and the other a small bag that she calls a 'pocket dimension' where she stores herbs (and cake). Since she has realized that she was a Goddess, her stripes will glow dimly almost constantly, though brighter when she uses her powers and speaks aquatic. She also has a pet catfish, who's about the size of her head, large for a catfish. He is completely black, with the occasional shiny blue scattered around it's chest, more concentrated around the muzzle. He he also has a cat-like body, with a long, fish-like tail. Around his face he has two long whiskers on each side of his muzzle, and two much shorter ones from above each eyebrow. As far as ears go, they are rather large and move much the same as a real cat's.

Skills and Abilities
Strengths: Being a Goddess, Shine is very powerful, with stocky forearms and a powerful tail and wings. She is very strong mentally as well, with a very strong sense of emotions of other dragons. In addition, her healing powers have increased due to her Goddess status, and she can now heal many woulds easily.
Special Abilities: Being the Goddess of Emotion, Shine's powers revolve around that. She can influence the emotions of mortal dragons-though it is more difficult on Demi, Semi, and Full Gods, with demi's being the easiest, and Full next to impossible-drastically. She can influence a dragon to go from Angry to calm, or she can spread her power over a larger group, which requires more energy and the results-while still powerful, as she's a Full Goddess-are less accurate than if she were to focus on one alone. Her flight and walking skills have gotten better, she can fly longer and run faster, and is also a ridiculously fast swimmer due to her previous heritage and lifestyle.
Weaknesses: A strange one-although not quite a weakness-is that she tends to get slightly queasy around too many negative emotions, and it throws her off slightly.
Combat Style: She prefers not to fight at all, and would rather avoid it all together. should a fight be necessary, she'll join with other dragons and will fight as a whole, and on a very physical level, as she doesn't fight often, and she doesn't have range attacks other than a long tail.

Background
History: She has fragments of memory of her childhood, and most of what she knows came from her Sister, Dusk. She was born after her sister, and began to inadvertently hog the spotlight. There was later an attack on the Seawing tribe she lived in (not the current one) and her parents could only save one of their children. And they chose Shine. She was later found by the current Seawing tribe, along with the shell necklace, and was raised there, where she has the remainder of her memories. She started as the healer for their tribe, and-after becoming mates with king-became the Seawing queen when her mate disappeared and the government system underwent a change. The Seawings ran smoothly during this time (She also had a few run-ins with her sister), and she likely would have stayed their the entire time. Until she realized she was a full Goddess and her powers came to their peak, revealing her as the Goddess of Emotion. Upon this realization, she reluctantly stepped down from her positions (Though she hopes she can train the two Healer trainees, even a tiny bit) to take on her role as a full Goddess. She hopes she can still hold ties with the Seawings, and that her relationship with her friends won't be overly awkward now.
