Thu'um Maybe?

For those who don't know of the Thu'um, a Thu'um is a power in the video game Skyrim. The player simply chooses a 'shout' that has a specific power like....
Shoving stuff or people out of your way;
weakening a life-force;
summoning up a storm;
and there are MANY more.

Okay, so there are some to leave out like:
Fire Breath and Frost Breath (we already have that);
Call of Valor;
Call Dragon;
Dragonrend;
Kynes Peace;
Throw Voice
Dismay

What I thought that we can do is to have one Thu'um for each Tribe, guild, and evil dragons and rogues.
EarthWings: Animal Allegiance
NightWings: Become Ethereal
FireWings: Elemental Fury
IceWings: Ice Form
StarWings: Aura Whisper
SkyWings: Storm Call
SeaWings: Whirlwind Sprint
Rogues: Unrelenting Force
Evil Characters: Marked for Death

I thought that only one dragon can have only one shout, so evil characters who are rogues, I guess just pick one Thu'um, either Unrelenting Force or Marked for Death.

YES I KNOW I'M ADDICTED TO SKYRIM.
I just thought this will be a very useful power. How I thought dragons would get it, they will obtain it when they reach adulthood.

Honestly we alreaddy have such powers without it being the power of a voice. We have can any power depending on our race.
