Personality: Oceana is kind to her friends and loves to play around. She makes friends easily if they are worthy. However, when killing an enemy she goes all out. In a battle, Oceana is resourceful and can think easily. She is also not a one who would attack the enemy or opponent first. Oceana loves the open spaces and would not perfer secluded ones. Back at SeaWings, she doesn't like to be in the center of attention.
Interests: She likes to hang out with friends, being in the water, and practice fighting skills.
Dislikes: Oceana mostly hates fire or anything that has to do with heat. She also hates being the center of attention.
Fears: Being in SeaWIngs, she fears being in secluded spaces by herself.

General Appearance
Height: Around 38 feet, an average SeaWings.
Scales: She has a range of turquoise and dark blue scales. Her wings though, are a shade of light green. It is almost the color of emerald.
Eyes: The color of sapphire.
Appearance: Oceana is mainly all of the appearance above. Though she has a long tail that is good use in the the water, or splashing at an opponent.

Strengths: Oceana has a strong mind that is able to think very fast. She also is fast and agile which makes a SeaWings tracker.
Special Abilities: N/A
Weaknesses: Oceana doesn't like to kill others, which allows her enemy to get her easily. She also can get distracted easily which is at a disadvantage. But as she returns blows, she does it very accurately.
Combat Style: Oceana has no specific fighting skills, but most of the time she does not miss her shots, especially in the water.

Background
History: Oceana came from the Pacific. She had a father, mother, and a sister. Oceana was the youngest of the family. One year had passed when she was borned. Grace, her sister, told her that the two's parents had died. Grace treated her like a loving sister. She took care of her for a while and then  also died. Later on she wandered around for a while, bored out of her mind and nothing to do. After a while, she went to the tribe SeaWing.
