Appearance: Veles is considered intimidating by some, Tall by others. Has spikes going down his back and on the end of his tail, Also has spikes around the back of his head and on his chin. Rather large muscular build.

Strengths: Veles has a muscular bulky build and is a big brute. He can think of what to do in certain situations fast and has a great memory. Has an energy source under his cave for crafting and metabolism boost.

Thick resistant scales to resist heat (Causes light to have a much greater effect)
Two Ice Breaths, One like a ice sealant and one like ice shards

Background
History: Was captured as a hatchling by humans as he watched his father murdered before him and his mother abandon him. He later escaped the humans much too weak from mistreatment and malnourishment. He landed on a snowy island covered is evergreen trees. He was half dead at the time but managed to survive off game animals. He grew up there until he could make it back to the mainland. He later when back after recovery and made his home there claiming the island for himself.

He had needed it for the Guardians because he was trying to sell the military on his new invention of wing enhancements for faster, More efficient, and agile flight. "I really hope they invest in this, It going to change flying forever!" Veles thought to himself,"Maybe I can add some kind of upgrade... Yeah something to fight with on it so then theres a higher chance of then buying it!" But he had another problem, The day before there was a small conflict and a outpost was in dire need of repair. A messenger came in the room looking up at Veles. "Sir your needed to fix outpost 10B on the South Coast by the end of the week, The king himself wants it done as soon as you can." Oh how this was going to be a bad week already.....
