Treaty of The Republic, Embassies being Built on Pyyria! [Leaders/Ambassadors Only]

Flashes upon flashes of Light in the ice wing kingdom. Unarmed RNU Soldiers walked about in the snow with three snowelves dressed in suits stood looking about [Snow elves are tall very very pale white humans with blue eyes and blonde to black hair] these were ambassadors with six soldiers guarding them. One carried a brief case and wore circular glasses,he had short clean cut blonde hair and wore a black ironed suit with the RNU flag pin on his left side of his chest on the suit. He looked at the guard wearing a full black and blue helmet "Invite our Hosts to our location.." The ambassador said in Valkyrieares. [the language in the RNU] The Armored troop nodded and pulled out a flare gun with the other six and fired all at once..6 red balls of light zoomed into the air spinning in a circle before exploding way high in the sky. High enough for almost everyone to see as these flares were specially designed for cities to see far apart from each other. They reloaded and fired another. The Guard captain then nodded. The ambassadors waited.

DarkSun was surprised to hear Gemini's words. "I wasn't allowed to come?" He asked. "I didn't know that. They have given me a wrong information." DarkSun explained. He looked at Sleenia, listening her speech. She was very wise and her words were helpful. "Anyway, Gemini, I wasn't giving them orders. I was simply suggesting how the deal should be done. You and Phantom have already forgiven what the RNU has done in the past. However it isn't the same thing for me. All the lives lost and the devastations caused... I can't still forgive all of this." His voice was calm and controlled, but sincere. He looked back at the RNUs and bowed his head. "You have my apologies for the intrusion. Anyway, if you need to bring your armament to train our dragons... Then I believe you have to give us proofs about your good intentions. A visite to your world and a meeting with the Emperor would a good idea." He spoke. "And I'm also curious to meet your valkyrian dragons." He added. He wondered if those valkyrians were indeed enslaved dragons that were under the RNU control. The RNU probably wanted to train Pyyria dragons in order to enslave them. DarkSun was really interested to see if the RNUs were truly sincere. It was hard for him to trust their words. They have attempted to destroy the dragon race.

i agree, although I am not directly involved with the RNU's past with us a visit would be good, but care to explain that clicking noise a normal ear would hear? Phoenix asked not knowing what was that as it just appeared after dark sun finished what he said, Arcke pointing at the source of the noise

Cosmos sighed, he hadn't said anything in awhile and just tried to process the words through his head, "I must say, your offer sounds way too convenient. Surely there will flaws, if you can think any, state them now." Cosmos didn't take part in the war between the RNU and kingdoms, but he does know they're still a potential threat. "Though I still feel uneasy knowing that beings like you will be on my borders."

The IceWing queen was listening to everyone. She was surprised that Gemini had scolded DarkSun. She thought that the NightWing healer had a point. Finally, they calmed down when the LightWing queen, Sleenia stopped the arguement. Now her mind was off of the two NightWings. Three people had agreed to go to the RNU. They were DarkSun, Arcke, and Cosmos. She, herself, wanted to go, but could she leave her kingdom for a day? "I guess I could.. Frostflare would be a good temporary ruler." Snow decided to agree with the three. "I would agree to go to your world. But, like Cosmos, I still don't like people on our borders."

The Ambassadors hearing darksun once more, the middle one; Rai'jiel nodded and bowed formally after seeing the rest agreeing. "If it should prove our state of peace. I will call for a troop convoy escort. Though first we wish that you put on our thermal accelerators...Our planet homeland is very cold, far worse then your icewing kingdom..." Ambassador Rai'jiel informed.  The other two ambassadors packed up the treaty and the table turned back into a tar puddle before returning into the chrome pill like container. The two ambassadors; Faelong and Jarie bowed to the dragons before turning around and walking through the big portal that just opened. Ambassador Rai'jiel called on a radio phone, upon hanging up a flash revealed a large crate that had teleported here. The troops had opened the large crate before revealing silver chromed cubes...Ambassador Rai'jiel picked a few up "Here..Take one and push the little red button on the top of the cube. It will transfrom the cube into a small device that will automatically wrap around your body and keep your temperatures to a safe level" The ambassador instructed giving the dragon ambassadors and leaders one. Even if they were big like cosmos or a god like korramyr, the RNU's temperatures are -115 on average which will kill anything that isn't protected. [Except Icewings and Firewings]

Once everyone had one on and was settled Rai'jiel pointed to the portal in a beckoning motion "The Convoy is already waiting for us. The portal can only take us close to the city not inside due to safety reasons. It will only be a 5 minute walk from there." The Ambassador smiled with a bow before entering the portal. When the dragons had entered through the portal they could still feel the very cold climate though it was safe. Looking left to right, forward and back...Nothing but hundreds of miles of snow and mounds of it. No mountains or trees...Just Snow. There was two suns side by side; They weren't as bright as Pyyria's sun and could be looked at for a few seconds before it hurt one's eyes. "Welcome to Planet Masan, The Republic of NightClaw Union...Follow our lead and everything will be fine." A armored futuristic looking soldier said, his armor was high tech and blue with black armored sleeves. Their helmets were blue with black masks and red visors.futuristic armored trucks and armed marines stood there, a black shiny scaled dragon with the same colored armor, a harness on him with a rider on his back, there was plasma turret on his back aswell~ A Valkyrian aerial dragon fighter. Two of these valkyrian dragons were near, the valkyrian dragon bowed his head in respect in the presence of pyyria's dragon leaders. Another Valkyrian dragon with no rider though special futuristic armor came up to Phantom "I will order the convoy to move when your ready high goddess" The Valkyrian dragon officer acknowledged. "I Am Brutskyriian, Valkyrian Dragon officer of this convoy, honor to meet you and your fellow superiors." He said bowing his head to them.

DarkSun nodded at the RNU ambassadors. He was indeed not really willing to come, but there was Phantom and the tribe leaders with them. So they should be able to escape in case the RNU would attempt to do something strange. The risk could be played. He silently followed the instructions, taking the strange object that would allow him to resist the cold temperature. Then they moved towards the RNU world. The dragons arrived in what looked to be a empty snowy environment. So it was the place they RNU lived. DarkSun was expecting to see a total technological world around him, but they probably had their cities somewhere. Very particular thing, two suns.
The escort eventually arrived. The valkryian dragons were wearing futuristic armors and special armament. So it was the way the RNU have probably trained those dragons. DarkSun couldn't tell if they were indeed enslaved. Anyway he didn't like very much the idea that someone else would ride him. Another valkyrian dragon arrived, but this time there wasn't a rider on his back. The bronze dragon greeted both of them, presenting himself. “My name is DarkSun and I'm here to accompany Gemini during this journey. It's a pleasure to meet you” He was relieved to talk with other dragons. He spoke to the officer. “I'd like to ask a permission, Brutskyriian. In Pyyria we had terrible experiences about dragons being captured and enslaved from the RNU. So I need to read your mind in order to find out if you're really a free dragon. I rarely do something like that, but I'd like to assure myself.” He explained.

Brutskyriian, the dragon officer bowed his head to Darksun who greeted himself. Listening to the foreign dragon he nodded, allowing him to, there was nothing important on his mind anyway. The RNU Dragon Officer had normal thoughts, nothing out of the ordinary. He certainly was not enslaved or mind controlled in anyway, he was just raising his scaled brow and tilted his head in confusion on why this one wanted to read his mind. No matter~ As long as it met their terms. Waiting a few minutes he sat on his haunches "Did you read what you wished for? There is no slavery on this planet, it's illegal aswell as hypnosis." he informed.

Avian looked around while on this new World, an interesting global Tundra, yet it was slightly colder than what Avian was use to, causing him to shiver slightly and use a minor defensive spell, causing his scales to glow lightly with the essence of flames, as he illuminates the area with a 12 meter radius. He saluted to the Valkyrian officer who greeted them as a polite and militaristic response to his humble bow. "Officer, pleasure to meet another high rank of the R.N.U. Tell me, are there any particular dangers that we should be worried about? For instance, colossal creatures or gigantic carnivorous plants, or even Toxic wastelands." he mannerly inquired from him.

The Dragon officer looked at avian and saluted in return before smirking "There isn't anything of the such other then those damn aliens in the other country...Though there is nothing to worry about, my boys got you covered." The dragon officer confirmed with a smile

SnowFall and the others arrived at the RNU. She looked around for anything suspicious and found none. She had never heard anything of what the RNU had done to the tribes before; it was her first time. As DarkSun read one of the officers mind, she introduced herself to the other dragons. "My name is SnowFall, IceWing leader. I am pleased to meet each and every one of you. And I'm glad that you guys will be protecting us." DarkSun had read that there are no slavery at the RNU. "Good, I won't see helpless people here." The ice dragon hated the sight of that.
